Vitali Lapko. If you want to see what he is doing with the money he is stealing from us check out his flagrant Instagram. Want to see all the other dirty dogs he plays with? Go to corporationwiki dot com. Stroller Village, Apex Trails, etc. a slew of scams. The root, however, is Corporate Flight International.... Do I want to take the rest of the year to expose these peeps.... don’t know....tired of fighting these sociopaths....
Sadly, you will probably not see this review information until it is too late. This "company", which translates back to VM Innovation, is about as dirty as it gets. Just check the daily complaints on the BBB. They consistently claim they have items that they DO NOT HAVE. A large part of their business model is based on good 'ol Bait and Switch. They also rely on a new mechanism that I've have found, where they will split a delivery into two packages, the larger of which you will not receive. Then, when you try to get a refund, they will tell you that a refund will be given after you send back THE ITEM THAT NEVER ARRIVED., claiming the tracking number and delivery data from the smaller, insignificant portion. Even if you are lucky enough to get to the refund stage, it will never come. They will reset the WHOLE THREAD OF THE ISSUE and start you back on their bogus 3-5 day refund cycle. How Walmart , Amazon, and others continue to allow this company to function is beyond me.
Unbelieveable! I ordered a "Refurbished" Frigidaire Microwave Oven from VM Express out of Arizona. It arrived and when it was opened and measured, it was larger than my cabinet space could accommodate. Called to return it. Said no, We will give you $10.00 back. So had to get a carpenter out to CUT my cherrywood cabinets to be able to get the thing in. Went through all that and when he lifted the very heavy microwave oven into the space, and it was plugged in IT WOULD NOT POWER UP.
THEY HAVE GIVEN ME NOTHING BUT A RUNAROUND. They won't respond and Walmart says that "You Bought It" and you can't bring it back here because we are not allowing returns with the Covid-19 epidemic going on.
iS THERE IS NEGATIVE 20 Rating? Don't go near these people.
Why would they have sent me a microwave oven that won't even power on?
THEY TOTALLY SUCK! ORDERED POOL FILTERS FROM WAL-MART, THEY TOOK MY $60 BUT NEVER SHIPPED THE PRODUCT. THEY REFUNDED ME $15.00
PSA: NEVER ORDER FROM WAL-MART.COM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered loveseat through Wal-Mart and this company was the marketplace provider. They are a joke. Was supposed to be 2 day delivery and sure enough they delivered the wrong product in 2 days. It was a pool skimmer. Big difference from a loveseat. Have spent the past week trying to get it all corrected. As of today, it ends. I will cancel the order and move on. I hate companies who cannot play nice. Damn scammers! Wal-Mart needs to cut this loser loose and never use them again. Black eye on Walmart. I won't order from them again either.
THEY FUCKING SUCK!!!!
Highly disappointed with this companies customer service! I ordered the ladder by mistake. I attempted to return the ladder 5 minutes after placing the order and did not receive a response until hours later. I paid far more for ladder because of all prices rising during the COVID pandemic. The company stated that the ladder had already shipped and that I could just ship it back without any issues. I knew I’d have to pay for the shipping expenses to return it but was not told about anything else. I reached out to VM Express when they received the ladder and my refund was not processed. My refund processed a few days later but it was for only half of the purchase price. When I questioned the big discrepancy their response was that it was due to a restocking fee. After explaining the situation the response from VM Express was “I’m sorry to hear that.” Very disappointing that a company is not upfront and is OK keeping money that does not belong to them!
This should be a 0 star. Buyer Beware!! Go look somewhere else! This company is a thief. I've been trying to get my refund for almost a month and all they do is give me the run around. I bought one of their pools through Walmart and shortly after, had to cancel my order. Walmart shows the item was delivered. It never was because it was cancelled. VM Express is stating my refund is supposed to come from Walmart and Walmart is saying the opposite.
Don't buy from this company unless you feel like wasting money!
Order a pool from Walmart as well and next day the item sold out. The day before the item was estimated to arrive my walmart order was also canceled. From reading further reviews I see others had this issue as well while VM express is still selling the pool on other listed sites at higher price gauged prices.
i wished i could give a 5 negative star to VM Express and Swimline Corp.
ordered a pool from walmart and it came from vm express. it all showed up in about 5 different shipments because they just piece it together through different vendors such as pump, liner, frame, ladder, etc. that is not problem for me but then i had an issue that the pump doesn't seem to be pumping enough volume to keep it clean. i contact vm express and they say "we suggest you reach out to the pump support dept. since your purchase is more then 30 days old, we cannot assist you. and they provide a phone number to swimline. i call the number and leave a message....no response....i call again and leave a message....not response. so i call vm express again and tell them these people arent calling me back so the lady gives me an emaio address and says maybe during pandemic no one is answering phones. so i email and explain my problem and the next day i get a response from swimline saying " We are a distributor of the product, not a pool professional or maintenance co. on the bottom of this email was a phone number so i thought ill call it and explain....surely they are not going to leave me hanging. so i call the number and the man says to me well its not my job but ill help you out.......how long have you had the problem...i said its been set up for about 30 days and i don't know if it ever was right.....he says how long do you run your pump each day.......i say it has ran since i installed it........he says there is your problem you burned it up....you cant run an electric motor 24 hrs a day (hum electric motors happens to be my profession for 44 year sand i know that is total BS but i don't say anything).......he goes on to say let me look here for you...if i had your pump in stock i would sell it to you for cost but i am 27 ordered back-ordered on that pump right now....i say "is it in your book not to run it 24 hours a day......he BLOWS UP and says THIS IS NOT UP FOR DEBATE, THAT IS COMMON SWIMMING POOL KNOWLEDGE......one can only imagine the last words he heard before i hung up
so i call vm express back and tell them the experience i had with swimline and the lady reads a script "we suggest you reach out to the pump support dept. since your purchase is more then 30 days old, we cannot assist you." i said maam i bought this from you and swimline is your customer...are you going to help me get support on this.........she says nothing else except she reads the script again.......one more time i begged her for help to try to resolve this issue and again she reads the script
The processes in place are extremely shady and outdated. They do not allow an option to cancel an order until, it is too late, to cancel the order. With today's technology, not having an option to cancel after placing an order is absurd. We will always double check to make certain we never use VM Express again. Since Walmart chooses to use this company, and refuses to insure much needed updates are completed, we will not be using the online sales with Walmart.
I had a double disaster with this company. I purchased a pool through ebay, which apparently was supplied by VM. It was delivered to my house, but was missing the filter pump and maintenance kit. While I was working with the ebay seller, I purchased another pump from WalMart, which I found out was also sold through VM. It was supposed to arrive in two days, but as of day 4 the shipper doesn't even have it yet. VM wont answer email or the phone
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered a Best Way 12x24x52” pool for around $1,100 and waited 10 days before they cancelled the order that was supposed to show up the following day. I am out hundreds of dollars now for excavation of my yard and to top it off had to buy the same pool on EBay FROM THE SAME SUPPLIER (VM Express) for $1700!!!!!!!!!!!! They are cancelling cheaper orders and selling their stock for a crazy marked up premium anywhere they can and Walmart is letting them! This smells of a class action lawsuit with Walmart and VM Express that I would be glad to jump on. After hours on the phone with both, VM Express simply said they don’t have any stock (yet they are available on EBay for jacked up prices) and Walmart said it was mistakenly put as in stock on their site and cancelled because it is out of stock (ten days later? Really?). And insultingly offered me a $25 gift card.... F*** you... this is why you will not overtake Amazon.
If I could give them 0 stars I would! This seller is absolute scum. We ordered a 24'x12'x52" pool on 5.30.2020, listed for $1,042.82. It was listed as in-stock and would arrive on 6.11.2020. It did not arrive! A few hours after we placed our order, the price went up to $1699.99 on Walmart's website. The next day it was listed as out of stock and we were so happy we had placed our order before that happened. We spent the next week leveling out a spot in our yard with a track hoe and running electricity to the spot which cost us several hundred dollars. Then, on 6.10.2020, ONE day before it was supposed to arrive, Walmart notifies us that they canceled the order because it was out of stock. The same vendor is selling these pools on eBay for $1789.98. When we contacted VM Express on 6.10.2020. They said they never received our order from Walmart and that they were out of stock of this pool. This seller has them listed as in-stock on eBay.
same thing here ordered 4 chairs from VM express through Walmart they only shipped me one said they cant send me the other 3 will only refund me 30 dollars for 100 dollars worth of chairs ...Walmart said they will refund me the money and keep the one chair..Never order from them again!!!!!!
Purchased a 32’x16’x52” pool, paid over $2400 and they only sent a cheap made vacuum. No pool was delivered. Horrible!!
Still waiting on a product ordered May 24, was suppose to be here May 28. FedEx stating label was made, but item was never dropped off to them. Contacted Walmart, they were unable to get in touch with seller. We are lucky Walmart is refunding us our money, but in the future I know to not purchase from this seller.
Same story here - ordered a pool on Wal-Mart when everyone else was out of stock and showed as shipped a couple of hours later. Missed delivery date, so called customer service. Gave me a story about needing to wait 96 hours after shipping to put in a trace with the shipper, but "waived" the requirement. Then said to call back in 48 hours if tracking info not updated. At the time, was told that the pool was in stock and that they would re-ship if it was "lost." I expressed concern that the pool would be out of stock 2 days later but was assured it would be in stock. Called 48 hours later and was told that they were sending a "replacement." Got an email not 10 minutes later saying there was an error and that my money would be refunded. Still waiting on the refund. Also tried an order from them on Amazon that was canceled for lack of stock. This company is shady. And seems to have exclusive distribution deals on both Intex and Bestway pools, meaning your only option at the moment is to be gouged on eBay by the handful of people who were actually able to buy a pool before the crushing demand hit. Shameful all the way around.
Do not- at any cost- order from this company unless you want to give your hard earned dollars away!!! SCAM
do not deal with this seller. They send a defective tampered with open item and want you to pay return freight and a 30% restocking fee. WHAT I am penalized for the unacceptable item I received. Stay away at all costs. Problem is they seem to have a monopoly on intex.
