I ordered a VIVOHOME Wooden Vanity Set with 3-Color Touch Screen Dimmable Mirror Make up Table and Stool Set, White on November 30, 2020. This was expected to be delivered on 12/08/2020. This parcel showed shipped on the Walmart site from Ontario, CA. When I click on the FED EX tracking link it shows label created on 12/01/2020. Nothing has been updated since then. I have communicated to this merchant on multiple occasions but no resolution. I've asked to cancel the order and refund since this was a gift for Christmas for my daughter. They tell me they cannot refund because it's been shipped. I responded, if it shipped then where is it. All I get told is, please be patient they will check with the warehouse again. But it shipped? NEVER AGAIN!

This company is horrible! On 9/1/2020 I ordered a 100-in projector screen that was poorly packaged and was received damaged on 9/8/2020, could not open and could not used. I asked for a replacement or a refund. The very next day at 4:32 AM, I get an email from them asking me to send pictures, which I had already done! Next, another day later I get another email asking me if the product works. It is apparent that I am gonna get screwed out of my money so PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED WALMART & AMAZON ABOUT THEIR HORRIBLE SCAMS & EXTREMELY POOR SERVICES! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! They get (1) star because they actually DID ship the item I ordered.

It’s is this the most bullshit company I ever order from they had a price up on a wall fireplace 50” for a $139.00 I order it and then the order was canceled now the price is showy $254.00. For the same fireplace. This is really unprofessional. No notification, email or anything about the cancellation. I agree with the other reviews. Do not waist your time ordering from this company
