My 2 kids purchased a LED writing tablet from them and have been eager waiting since 7/22. I received a delayed notice on 7/24 and never heard back. I contacted Walmart and they said they were escalating to the company so I should have heard back 24-48 hrs. NOTHING. It is now 8/17. I contacted Walmart but they just wanted to refund my gift card. Kids already destroyed that card. This company should be ashamed of themselves. All these people are not happy with your service. Why does Walmart keep doing business with you? Walmart is now making it right for us by sending us a gift card that we can use for Walmart (hope that promise comes thru) but this has been a lesson learned. Will never purchase anything from this company. Very poor service.

Sent me a used comb with no charger. Absolutely disgusting

I returned a Package (Gift) not once but twice both times because they were damaged the same way (poor carton). The first time after two weeks of them making excuses, they sent another packaged the same as the first and it also was crushed, I returned it to the the USPS (THE WAY THEY SHIPPED it). Now the USPS says it has been out for delivery in Misssouri City TX 77489 on November 12, 2020 at 7:10am. Needless to say dealing with the post is like accusing a three old of doing something wrong;

I didn't do it, some one down the street must have done it, no maybe my big sister did it, etc. ! All I can do is Pray! Walmart is no help either!

This company did not send the product ordered from Walmart.com, instead sent a cheap child's toy. Do not order from them!!!

Use the product for 2 week stop working. Sending it back hopefully to get my money back.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a pack of 3 black fabric grow bags from this company. What I received was 1 brown grow bag. Every reference made to my order lists grow bags, plural - but there was only one. I tried to return it to Walmart, but their computer system would not allow it. The customer service rep said that some third party purchases can be refunded by Walmart, but not this company apparently. If enough people complain to Walmart, maybe they will drop this company.

As I can see all you have is 1 star rating why is Walmart using this as a seller. I ordered on 4/17/20 and my order has been delayed in Houston, TX for over a week. I just want my money back or my merchandise but it looks like no one is happy with their merchandise.

The picture showed a nice, sturdy, single solid piece,black, 5 place mop and broom clip-on style hanger. What arrived was a clear, flimsy, joke of an apparatus that was held together with paper... PAPER! $16.00 down the drain, because I have heard that this company will not give refunds for anything they have sold. Heads up- THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! I ordered some headphones from walmart online but 3rd party seller was Vive Comb corporation. The day i opened the box and tried them out they were broken. I took them to walmart and they said they were sold from VIVE Comb corporation and would have to be returned thru them as well. So i contact VIVE Comb and they said we dont provide refunds you would have to return tonwalmart. But i looked at my online walmart receipt and it says contact vive comb for return...P.O.S company and ill never buy from them again.

Another very unsatisfied customer. Its been less than 30 days and the item i bought through Walmart is not working. Its sad that Walmart is working with a company that is ripping off it's customers. I need a refund or an replacement. I want to give negative rating.

Magnetic Screen Door Mesh Magnetic Screen Door 39" x 82" with Full Frame Velcro--- item is not full frame - just small pieces of velco to place wherever - also it appears in the picture that the magnets are sewn into the material - they are not -there are snapped on - which fall apart easily - definitely misleading.

I ordered urine test strips thru Walmart and never received them. They were supposed to have been delived 'but never received them. I tried to contact Walmart but they said I hadn't placed a order in the last 6 months. I was charged thru my paypal acct., but trying to contact Walmart has been a pain in the as. I guess I could pursue this farther for the amount of 5.64 is not worth any more of my time. Walmart sucks.

It is virtually impossible to return anything to speak to someone or get any feedback I am very frustrated this is poor customer service
