I ordered some headphones from walmart online but 3rd party seller was Vive Comb corporation. The day i opened the box and tried them out they were broken. I took them to walmart and they said they were sold from VIVE Comb corporation and would have to be returned thru them as well. So i contact VIVE Comb and they said we dont provide refunds you would have to return tonwalmart. But i looked at my online walmart receipt and it says contact vive comb for return...P.O.S company and ill never buy from them again.
Another very unsatisfied customer. Its been less than 30 days and the item i bought through Walmart is not working. Its sad that Walmart is working with a company that is ripping off it's customers. I need a refund or an replacement. I want to give negative rating.

Magnetic Screen Door Mesh Magnetic Screen Door 39" x 82" with Full Frame Velcro--- item is not full frame - just small pieces of velco to place wherever - also it appears in the picture that the magnets are sewn into the material - they are not -there are snapped on - which fall apart easily - definitely misleading.
I ordered urine test strips thru Walmart and never received them. They were supposed to have been delived 'but never received them. I tried to contact Walmart but they said I hadn't placed a order in the last 6 months. I was charged thru my paypal acct., but trying to contact Walmart has been a pain in the as. I guess I could pursue this farther for the amount of 5.64 is not worth any more of my time. Walmart sucks.
It is virtually impossible to return anything to speak to someone or get any feedback I am very frustrated this is poor customer service
I purchased the digital voice activated record and the manual is supper small and don't know how to toggle through what has been recorded.
