Bought a hair product through Wal Mart.com. It was disastrous and Viva Bella did nothing. They are a very inferior company and product as far as my experience.

Take my money just to make a shipping label 8 days ago and even give me a delivery date. Go check tracking nope nothing but a label created. Email this so called company and get in 48 hours we will respond but it's in the shipping hands with the tracking number to usps. Contact usps and they have not received the package just a label created. Have all the proof in messages and screen shots. When these so called company employee finally answers I bet they have no answers and blame it on shipping with usps. Also since I ordered threw Walmart they have been sent all the information and told me this company vivabella has been an issue a bad issue even gave me a $50 online Walmart card. And Walmart seemed to pull up and get all the information i did and said before i told them it is not the shipper fault it is vivabella fault again. When it's not even Walmart fault and I told them no on the card i want the item i purchased for a reason, or correct info on it delivery and just wanted them aware of this company lies, stealing, and not sending your items.

You sent me the wrong product no one said anything about not receiving the shipment. instead of the blue moisture conditioner you took it upon your selves to send the purple antifrizz formula. if i wanted the purple conditioner, i would have purchased that one. you can not send whatever you decide to send--

Since when its it the customers responsibility to go check the neighbors to see if they received my order. not only is that insulting to me its just plain stupid to expect me to go begging my neighbors to give me back something they may or may not have received

Yes I read the reviews and thought well maybe it’s just a few people versus a lot of people … nope .. bought two perfumes and they said they put 2 in one box and got delivered . There was only 1 perfume . So I am trying to get a refund .. that was a purposeful scam. Will update if Walmart refund me or not .. have to allow two days in case package shows up. Which it won’t because I recieved the one package it was supposed to be in

Ordered carven leau de toilette for my moms bday. The perfume literally has no smell. It’s basically just water. Paid over $60 for absolutely nothing.
I wanna give a -0.000 star. Order 2 perfume from them through Walmart and from the items said shipped I’ve been tracking and the only info was in transit and should be delivered on delivery date so I continuously call Walmart customer rep to help with info which they them selves could barely provide info or track so I requested a refund and express them I no longer interested in the item and they said they going to email me a return label so I keep checking my email for the label none came. After 4 days pass the delivery date item delivered the market place viva bella email me with an nasty attitude at 4 in the morning telling me they can’t provide me with an return label and I should reconsider sending back the item,if not I can send it back at my own cost, I was so furious to talk with viva bella but they refused to pick up phone because I surely wanna spit my mind. Had to call back Walmart and they take care of it else my lawyer would. This is the worse market place viva bella, I would recommend everyone not to buy ANYTHING from them. Criminals! My question though why Walmart kept doing business with them??? So unprofessional

How Walmart continues to partner with a company with so many issues and negative reviews is beyond comprehension. These negative reviews should really be directed at Walmart for providing crap consumer experience. Having just been a victim of the VivaBella-Walmart unholy partnership (Viva Bella sent me a totally inoperable device that was ordered through Walmart), I can honestly say avoid this company and consider not shopping online at Walmart as they continue to turn a blind eye to this nonsense.
These people are a scam. I can't believe that Walmart lets them sell items on their site. Tried to cancel order and was told I couldn't because it was already shipped. They lied. I never received the order. Walmart gave me a refund thankfully, but Walmart needs to discontinue them.

I had to give a 1 star rating to get review on here - they are actually and NEGATIVE 10 in my book! I ordered tan towels from this, lack of better word, company thru Walmart in May. Received towels and when I went to use one it was yellow, not moist and didn't tan at all! Now I have used tan towels (this brand) for years and they are white when opened and very moist and do a fabulous job! This company is selling OLD, OUT OF DATE PRODUCTS!!! I have contacted them ever since. They have asked for pictures and I have sent them...5 times and each time they start a new thread of messages saying they didn't receive the photo's. Unlucky for them I sent myself a blind copy of the email also...hmmm, gb!

I purchased a tone by redken shades EQ from vivabella and my package was unfortunately stolen right after delivery, by the time i got to it i found an empty box. Reported this to vivabella and they refused to help me. Thank god purchase was through Walmart. Their customer service was able to refund me.
