So I ordered a product for my mom who really needs it asap. After finishing the transaction I get redirected to the next page stating the order was confirm and that was supposed to arrive two days ago. I try to track the package today and it says that order was canceled on the 7th but doesn't even tell the reason. I try to get a phone number to call and find out was is going on since they still charged the money to my card and nothing is found. The only way you can contact them is via the website by text wich will never be answered after they charged your money.
I purchased a bottle of goli and they Taste nasty I would like to return them and get my money back
do NOT order from vitabox. I don’t know they have positive reviews on Amazon. got 4 instead of 48 items I was expecting. they don't respond to emails. getting refund through Walmart
AWFUL company. Bought 6 CoverGirl loose powders, and ALL OF THEM were the wrong shade! Never again.
I ordered 3/3 packs of Strawberry Chapstick =9 tubes. I received 3 single tubes and was charged $8.44 a tube a total of $27.03. I will never order again or recommend this company!
Waited for 2 weeks, finally shipped only to have it marked delivered and never received!! Don't waste your time!
Total rip off and they know it. I put in an order and realized really quickly that the price was for a jar of vitamins I usually get with 150 capsules. The one they were selling for the same price looked exactly the same with same price but it only had 70 capsules. I realized my mistake right away and tried to cancel. I sent a note to the seller immediately that I wanted to cancel. They shipped it with in minutes. I don't believe at all that they shipped it that quickly. Other items I ordered at the same time had not yet been shipped. I think they changed my status to shipped as soon as they saw I was trying to cancel. Not shopping here again.

I can NOT believe this. I ordered TWO Vicks VaporRub BOTTLES at $5.73 each and received two mailing packages w/SIX BOXES of Vicks VaporRub for $37.22!!!!!! It's ALL going back. Thanks a lot WALMART. I'll shop at Target like I usually do.
