Bought bean bag chairs through zeal-Mart for Christmas. They were poor quality and uncomfortable. Reached out to seller and he said I’d have to pay for shipping to return items and s 20% restocking fee. He then said it would be easier for “both of us” if he offered me $13 after I spent $120 for both chairs. Lousy customer service.
I needed the item for an even on Friday during the day., Delivery was guaranteed by Tuesday so I made the mistake of ordering. They almost immediately sent me an email trying to seem customer-focused and communicative stating they will send me my tracking number shortly. No word by Monday so I email double checking it will be here on time or at leat before Friday, but they do not respond. Tuesday morning still no tracking, no response to another email. Late Tuesday I get a USPS tracking number that shows USPS waiting for package. No change by Thursday night, USPS still does not have package and they still havent responded to any email. I demand the money back. No response till Friday morning when they give me a FedEx, not USPS number with delivery daytime Friday, well after I needed the item Friday morning and DAYS after guaranteed delivery Tuesday. Not even an apology or acknowledgement of the ignored communications and deadlines. On top of that, the paper cones made to hold candy were packed DIRECTLY IN LOOSE STYROFOAM.... DO THINK CHILDREN SHOULD BE EATING STYROFOAM!?!?!!?!?!?!?!!?!? At this point continuing to contact these incompetent morons to demand my money back will be more work than it is worth. WALMART WHY DO YOU LET THESE IDIOTS USE YOUR WEB STORE!?!?!?!?!
Seller is shady. Horrible customer service. If I had known their return policies with restocking fees Etc I would never have purchased from them. Walmart should make clear that if you want to return an item from virventures, you have to go through the seller.

I have been waiting for 15 days for a 2 day shipping purchase. Every day I'm told it will be here by 8pm. It's a Christmas tree, getting kind of late. Can't seem to get my money refunded. Next stop is the attorney general's office. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
This is worst company ever. I have been reached out to their customer service regarding my broken 5 drawer dresser. Emailed them twice and there were no responses whatsoever. Called their customer service and i was told that they have never received my email, just send it again, bye bye. Worst attitude ever. But it's been a week I really wanted to be resolved as soon as possible, so I emailed them again and called to confirm. Then they told me that "oh I am so sorry we have received your emails 3 days ago it's just that your email is not in our app." What kind of ancient app are you using for your company ??
I ordered a Carriage by Timex Easy Reader watch. The description online listed the Timex Indiglo as a feature of the watch. I've had Timex watches with Indiglo for 25 years. It is helpful for my disability. The watch that I received does NOT have the Indiglo feature. I tried to return the item to WalMart, and was told they can't do a return. I've been in contact with VirVentures Customer Support who have spent the better part of the afternoon arguing with me that I'm too stupid to operate a watch and I need to "check again". I've now asked four times for a shipping label to return the watch, and they have refused and proceeded to argue with me. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and the WORST customer service I've experienced in a long time. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right" and "we hope you're satisfied with your purchase"?
I purchased a bottle of Jadore perfume as a Christmas gift through Wal-Mart from Virventures. The bottle leaked as it has a defective seal. I contacted Virventures within the 30-day return window about the problem. Virventures waited more than 14-days to respond to my email which put it past the 30-day return window and then rejected my return request. They also refused to respond to a Wal-Mart C/S inquiry. They are horrible...don't purchase from them! They deserve 0 stars!
Virventures is a terrible company. My dealings with them cost me about $80 dollars because I had to pay for shipping both ways and still did not get the product that I ordered. I don't know who is filling orders at their warehouse but what they sent wasn't even close to what I ordered. Their "Customer Service" is absolutely the worst in the world. They are a bunch of thieves. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!! STEER CLEAR!!!!!
I talked to a rep via phone this morning and she assured me a quick email response re return # 5471868187491 Please comply asap with that promise So far am not satisfied with your response 1 business day was the promise and it has been a week ---so far
