Wao, I'm going through the similar issue with this seller, they are scamming people and breaking amazon return policy and charging fees and then the asked me to change the negative review, which is another policy they are breaking

They misrepresented what they were selling through Walmart Canada. Walmart will not take the return, and this POS company won't get back......it's going on 27 days. i don't hold any hope they will make things right. I hope they go broke.

This company is a total SCAM and, unfortunately, found out the hard way. We ordered a set of 4 Italian crystal whiskey glasses that cost $50 through Amazon. We returned them because one of the glasses had a crack. Two weeks later, we received a refund minus a $16 restocking fee. TERRIBLE customer service. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for not vetting their vendors.

I purchased a rollator walker on Amazon I tried to cancel this order 2 hours after completing the order, no such luck. I now need to return it, I have to pay out of pocket the return fee of $50.00. The seller would not send me a paid return label. That is just poor customer service in my opinion!! When you click on the return policy it takes you to Amazon's return policy. Very difficult to know the customer would have to pay for the return. I would never recommend ordering from this company.

I bought a shower hardware for nearly $400 from VirVentures in July and within a few hours I found out from my contractor that it wouldn't work. I tried calling Vir Ventures to stop to order and I waited for so long that I ultimately had to get off the line. When i got the product, I moved to immediately return it and I did via UPS. It is now September and I never have gotten a refund. This is a real scam outfit and I want to warn people never to use them!

This company is downright disgusting! Long review but please read and BEWARE! I purchased an island for my kitchen and when I opened it I was very upset to see that several of the pieces were damaged beyond repair. I was even more upset that it was quite clear as you can see in the photos attached that these pieces were broken when they put the pieces into the box. The box itself was not damaged the actual pieces inside were bent, broken and had some sort of dirt/black smudges on them. To start I thought it would be like any other amazon return where i get a label and drop it off and instantly get my refund. NOPE, I had to coordinate with the seller. So after a week of waiting I had to have amazon get involved for them to even respond to me and that is where it gets ugly. I received this “letter” from them which basically stated that I was responsible for the cost of returning this item and it had to be through FedEx. This package weighed well over 100lbs and was in a large box, shipping cost was nearly $400; more then the actual product itself. The letter also stated that in returning the item I was accepting the fact that if the item was returned damaged in anyway I will only get a 10/20/30% refund based on the condition of the product and that I was not entitled to a full refund at all. During this entire MONTH long process I received 2 separate messages from the “manager” with a rather threatening message which was basically written and perceived as “if you don’t remove your negative feedback we will prolong this as long as possible and may not even complete your refund for you.” They wanted me to remove my feedback to give them the “will” to complete this return for me during this “difficult time.” The will to complete this return is that you sent me a completely broken product and you WILL be paying for the return shipping and you WILL be giving me a full refund regardless of the condition you receive it in. Long story short, Amazon got involved made them pay the return shipping and refund me 100%. But it literally took a month and a few threatening emails back and forth with this disgrace of a company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!!

Worst company ever!!! 0 stars! They delivered a glass curio cabinet in a box full of gouges and the end flaps open with the product hanging out. When I opened it, I cut my hand because the glass inside was shattered. Additionally the wood framing had broken pieces that were GLUED together!!! i

Ordered something through Amazon that was fulfilled by Virventures. Ultimately didn't need it, so returned it. Was charged a 33% restocking fee, plus a "goodwill fee," plus I paid shipping, so instead of the expected $149 refund, I got $100 minus the $20 I paid for shipping. In effect, that's about a 47% restocking charge. Outrageous. Would have just kept the product if I'd been forewarned. These a-holes hide behind Amazon's and Walmart's good reputations, then screw the F*&K out of their customers.

Like so many others, I found out too late about VIR Ventures and their unethical sales practices.

This purchase that I made was a SCAM from the very beginning and I feel worse for being outright lied to even once I became aware of what VIR Ventures was doing, than I do about losing $200.00.

The incorrect item descriptions which is blatant false advertising, failure to offer purchase confirmation info, unavailable delivery tracking info, incorrect product delivery, blatant scam "delivery confirmation email" with the product number and item description that is totally different than what you thought you bought and is sitting on your front porch, contacting them via email to complain about product delivered being different than described, and insulting customer service once you are aware that your complaint email will be ignored

and you'll have to call them... are all something to make your day because you had several hours to kill anyway.

You'll have to call this company VIR Ventures and if you can remain diligent and get through to an actual person... it's just the beginning of the nightmare.

After they've bounced you around to several "departments," they will still make you again email them with your complaint for "review." Don't get your hopes up, they are only going to insult you and offer you a 10% discount to keep the item and "gift it to somebody."

They have already stolen your money and will keep as much as they can "legally" but unethically by making you pay to return the item. That's as far as I have gotten thus far with them at this point. They have not replied to my email with my request for a Return Authorization reference number. From what I've read since I became aware, they will also be charging a restocking fee and/or used product fee, and so from the $200 that I spent to purchase these running boards for my vehicle, I will have spent $50 to return the falsely advertised product and over $100 will be deducted from my refund for opening the box and discovering it was the wrong Item once it was delivered.

So I will probably get refunded a total of $50 from my $200 purchase and have nothing to show for it but wasted money, time and energy to send back a product that they will just scam somebody else with all over again once it's back in their hands!

I looked online immediately after my purchase because I got no confirmation email and the item was "no longer available" because I got the last one (haha.) Well, several weeks later it's back online with the false ad description all over again, showing just how much they care that I made them aware that their description for the item was wrong. Not only do they not care, but it's blatant false advertising and unethical sales practices. I don't know how anybody that works for this company sleeps at night.

Any manufacturer that allows VIR Ventures to sell their product is a company that will no longer get me to purchase the item from them ever again. I don't care if they sell the only food left on earth, I'll hunt my own. I'm also starting my own personal boycott of products with APS and iBoards, whom after I called to inform what happened were polite but showed no integrity or motivation whatsoever to contact this seller and tell them to do the right thing.

I know many companies that have good business ethics and care about the end users of their product, and that is only where my money will go from now on. My current vehicle, and any other vehicle I ever own, will now NEVER have anything manufactured by APS on or in it, and if I ever hear that any of my friends are doing for their product they'll get an earful from me about my experience and just how disgusted I am about it. I will never buy anything from a company that allows VIR Ventures to be their 3rd party seller for the item I'm shopping. Sorry Sears Holdings, sorry Walmart, sorry eBay, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, (yes they ALL allow this company VIR Ventures to sell on their platforms) if VIR Ventures is attached to your product, I'm out! I don't care about any of the Money Back Guaranteed policies, if I didn't get back either all of my money for incorrect product delivery OR the right product in exchange for being lied to in a supposed fair seller/buyer platform, what are your ethics for hosting such an environment?

As so many have said, what a shameful and unfortunate situation for all involved. We can only try to help one another by spreading the word. The 10/100 rule still works, it just takes time!

Absolute worst customer service ever. Requested a cancellation an hour after order placed, they were unable to cancel after a second request an hour after the original. I requested they contact the carrier and cancel the deliver (other companies seem to be able to do that without issue) and was told they are not capable of that. Not only am I expected to pay return shipping, I'm also expected to move the heavy box to my car and then into a shipping facility because they did not have the capability of cancelling the order. I have dealt with hundreds of companies whether purchasing or returning items and have NEVER experienced such horrible service. I will avoid this seller in the future and urge you to do the same! Save yourself the headache. I wish I would have.

Horrible company to deal with. I have been trying to receive a refund for a return for 7 weeks now after following all instructions from the company. The process was supposed to take 3-5days according to virventures. There has been a lack of communication, miscommunication between customer service employees and I've even recieved incorrect refund amounts. This issue is still ongoing. Do not recommend dealing with this company through Wal mart. It has been a nightmare.

Returned Firestone air bags and was charged a 20 % restocking fee (135.00 because VirVentures said "Item was returned in used condition and packaging had damage."

I dropped off UNOPENED,PRISTINE package at FedEx. These people are SCAMMERS to say the least. Amazon should not be dealing with this awful company Unfortunately for Amazon, Amazon is apparently going to refund the 135.00 that these LIARS took from me. Still going to contact the BBB to report this CROOKED, extremely UN-AMERICAN company.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I purchased a Christmas tree for almost $900. When I received the box it only included the bottom section of a three part tree!! First they offered me a 10% discount and when I told them that I didn’t want one piece of a Christmas tree even if it was free because it’s useless without the other two sections, they told me I would have to pay the shipping charges both ways!! They did not send a useable item and now they want me to pay!! !!! Do yourself a giant favor, stay away!!!!!!

I purchased a product on Amazon. It took forever to get delivered to me. In the meantime, I bought something else locally. VirVentures was terrible about returning the produce. I never opened the package and sent it via FedEx. First, they didn’t issue my refund and I had to go through Amazon Customer Care to get the ball rolling to get my refund after several weeks. Then, the refund was much less than what I paid for the product. They claimed that it was used or damaged upon arrival. I literally sent the box back unopened in perfect condition and they refused to return my money. I asked them specifically what was wrong with the item and they could not answer my question. What a ripoff! I’m out $120 just because I tried to go with the least expensive listing. Won’t do that again!

This Vir Ventures company is a joke. I ordered patio furniture covers that did not meet the product description back in early June. It is now October and I am still waiting for the RMA email to return. Just contacted company again for the 20th time and same story. I have now begun to contact BBB due to fact this is consumer fraud. You can not take money that does not belong to you. I have also contacted the legal team at Class Action to see about a lawsuit? Somebody needs to stop a company like this.

ordered a sauna from them before I read the reviews. less than 24 hrs I cancelled. They told me refund is not guaranteed if it's been processed or shipped. I said neither has happened. They stalled for 4 more days with no response, other than they were working on it. I contacted the supplier of the sauna told them what was happening, they told me immediatly I can cancel because they have not shipped and not to worry because they won't ship. If not for the supplier being on my side I would not have been able to cancel. Many reviews says they don't cancel and allow the item to be shipped so that they can charge 25% in restocking fees to make money. I'm lucky, it worked out for me. Never again!
