Horrible company. Send three broken computers with parts dangling off and won’t refund us. I took it to a local computer shop and they confirmed likely a broken motherboard. Went to the trouble of returning it twice more and each time we were sent the same broken computer. Dented and parts dangling off

Run from this company and run fast the ratings speak for themselves also check better business bureau barely a step above stealing is there business ethic every complaint they have excuses

Unbelievable poor service. We received one of there gaming pc that's not cheap to find out it wasn't put together correctly and missing parts . After weeks of back and forth emails finally got to send it back by there directions. Send everything that came back packaged correctly which we did and took pics. Our replacement showed up today just thrown in a box and without any of the cords or Manuel we sent back to them once again a tower until we have everything doesn't work.

Computers are built with used parts manufactured from 2012. To lazy to bother and clean the parts. If you want to use for gaming you will come out better using a laptop

Bought a new pc from them as well. Worked a couple of months then motherboard went out. Scam is right. People be warned!

Can I leave a 0 star review? Omg this is the worst company to work with $800 later and ive got a new computer case with used broken parts. Only one out of 3 of the RUSTY! display outputs works and that's only the beginning. I bought this under the impression I would be able to game but come to find out the hardware is a decade old! Quit scamming people! Check their google and BBB reviews! Be careful and happy shopping.

This is the worst computer I have ever bought, and I have bought many for business and personal use. This vendor does not want to stand by his product and correct the issues that are wrong. This was supposed to be a new gaming computer for my daughter, however, it is full of used parts, the wifi adapter is not there and of course since it was a Christmas gift and not opened til Christmas, my supposed 15 day return is over. My experience pretty much repeats the other reviews here. I totally agree that this vendor deserves a 0 star rating and should not be allowed to sell on Walmart, Amazon, New Egg. Etc. There so called customer service is non existent, They act as if used parts in a new computer are absolutely normal.

Please do not buy! Bought my son this for Christmas opened it up three days before Christmas and it would not power on!! Then I call Viprtech and they tell me that the 15 day refund policy is over!!! So now I am stuck with a $589.00 pc that doesn’t work!!

Horrible! I’ve been waiting on my refund for almost 3 weeks. No one wants to talk. When they answer they act as if they can’t hear you. It’s very much a scam! I wish it had a 0 star button!

Horrible PC. Lasted three months (taking up to 30m to load) before just dying. 0/10.

Company is a scam. Used parts and terrible customer service.
