I just ordered from them and praying it works out..I took my last money and bought a tablet...

I ordered my airpod pros gen 2 to for Christmas and she just got back from deployment and opened then and the box was super glued we had to break it apart and there was nothing in there but a charger.

This company is a scam Customer servive are scum. Cant believe it hasnt been shut down.

Worst of all. This happened to me on walmart.com! They advertise merchandise they don't have at remarkably low price. So you buy it, then take your money. print a label. That's never scanned or picked up. They then blame fed ex. 30 days later they tell you that they will refund when merchandise is returned. When it was never recieved to begin with. They take people's money then occasionally refund it no interest for 30 days no interest loan for them

I ordered a refurbished laptop off of Walmart.com, WHERE VIPOUTLET is a reseller, they sent me the laptop, it came LATE, I waited an extra day , then it arrived WITHOUT A CABLE, then I went and brought the proper cable ONLY TO FIND THAT THE LAPTOP WON'T HOLD A CHARGE!!! VIPOUTLET or The Recon Group (Rogers, CA) is an AWFUL COMPANY! NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY ARE COMPLETE CROOKS!

How is this place still in business? Can I give them Zero Stars? I ordered an item and was sent something completely different. I attempted to do so again and the same item shipped They mentioned it must be something wrong with the item number on Walmart's page - but the item was still showing on there. I got a handful of empty sorry's and I can see how you would feel and we will send a message and see what we can do - with no promise of follow up . The "Supervisor" advised that they had already given me a 10% discount on the second order (which was still incorrect), so there was nothing further they could do! They couldn't even see my call info from the previous day(not keeping notes?) Stay as far away from them if possible. Just hoping I can get my money back!

Beware open-box scammers: instead of T7 TOUCH (a fingerprint with the blue square on the picture) they will send you a non-TOUCH one (without the fingerprinting option). That is very logical: both are T7, and the box is open - c'mon grab it, who would dive into details? Any delay like "unknown address" is a sure sign that your open boxis being opened, and you had paid for it. A most unpleasant cheat, and a cheap one: you only save ~$30.

I get a text from my credit card that a charge from VIPOUTLET.com was placed for the amount of <over $600>. I double checked and I have never purchased from them in my entire life and have no history with them at all on any credit card. It seems very strange that a seller in Florida (VIPOUTLET.COM) that sells on NewEgg.com and Walmart.com (Both of whom I order from regularly) put in a charge on my account. After reading these other reviews of dishonest behavior by VIPOUTLET.com, I would not put it past them to perform credit card fraud.

WOW THEY START COUNTING THEIR 30 DAY RETURNS FROM THE DAY YOU PURCHASE (not delivery date) SO BLACK FRIDAY DEALS ARE A NO GO FOR RETURNS BEFORE THE END OF DECEMBER!!!. NO HOLIDAY FLEX ON RETURNS. Given Covid extensions, supply chain delays on product availability, labor shortages, weather and shipping delays, credible merchants are offering a more flexible policy in terms of returns. Amazon for example is requiring all of its vendors to offer returns until JANUARY 31 2022. I contact VIP OUTLET on Monday January 03, 2022 and am told I cannot return an ipad i bought on 11/27 as a Christmas gift for my daughter because it is over 30 days SINCE THE ORDER. It wasnt even delivered until the 8th of December. What's the point of black Friday sales opportunities? DONT BUY FROM WALMART OR VIP OUTLET.

BAIT-AND-SWITCH COMPANY: THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR SALE DEALS

Since VIP Outlet got my original review taken down (because they want to hide their crookedness,) I'm going to give a full detail, with evidence, about this crooked bait-and-switch company.

VIP Outlet, for the Fourth of July, advertise a sale on one of their computers. Here is a screenshot of a very reputable deal website (slickdeals) of said deal;

My order was suppose to be shipped to my house on July 9th but after a couple of days, my item never got delivered, so I went and checked the tracking from FedEx and notice that VIP Outlet requested for my item to be returned to them without a single notice;

I contacted VIP Outlet about my item being returned and they responded with an excuse saying "there was a glitch" and that "the wrong item was sent." Instead of correcting the problem and sending me the correct item, they decided to refund my money, which I never requested for. Here is a screenshot of the email conversation;

I responded to them that I don't want a refund, send me the item I purchased. VIP Outlet states that "they no longer have the item on stock" and insisted for me to sign-up to their website, which is clear to me that this was their intent in the first place with this bait-and-switch deal;

But as of today, on VIP Outlet's website, they are advertising the item I bought from them, which was supposedly was out-of-stock;

TLDR (Too Long Didn't Read): In short, VIP OUTLET IS A CROOKED BAIT-AND-SWITCH COMPANY THAT USES HOLIDAYS FOR FAKE SALES TO GET PEOPLE TO SIGN-UP TO THEIR WEBSITE AND GIVE UP THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION. DO NOT BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM VIP OUTLET!

I almost bought a refurbished tablet thru Walmart via VIPOUTLET. Soooo glad I did NOT! People... PLEASE do your research before buying from ureputable businesses! SHEWW... glad I dodged this one. Holy crap, all of the horrible experiences!

This place just popped up online so I decided to give it a try because of their low prices! Well, I got my purchase on Time. I tracked it all the way here!! So I unbox everything and I cant figure out why its not taking my Imei and sim numbers that came with it in the box. So it says it doesn't match those numbers aren't matched anywhere to anything!! So I email the place, And they say "Oh it looks like we forgot to scan your product before shipping " For 1 how in the Hell! Then they say return it for another one. Then say we dont have anymore so we will reimburse you.. !!?? Yeah Right!!! Needless to say I still have my inactivated phone that is absolutely useless.... this was in October.. I have been asking them to either scan it somehow online or unlock it.. They keep giving me the run around. So I wouldn't buy anything from this site!!! You will be disappointed.

Ordered a refurbished Instant Pot. The price was 1/3 of new, and had free 2-day FedEx shipping. After 3 days I noticed FedEx tracking said the label was created, but the package was not picked up. I contact VIPOutlet, and they said that the item was 'shipping out'. After another day, it was still showing not collected by FedEx. I contacted them again, and they informed me that 'a label has already been created, please wait for the item to ship.' Now I'm getting sketched out. After 5 business days the item is still reported as not collected by FedEx. I'm about ready to cancel the order through Walmart. If they try to give me any BS, I'm just going to advise my credit card company to put a cancellation on the payment for non-delivery.

Never received my package, customer service is uncaring and refuses to replace or refund. Buy Beaware.

DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered a tv on March 2nd with delivery to be on March 4th. March 4th came and went no tv no correspondence about my order nothing. I sent emails asking about my order and they said wait 24-48 for shipping info to update it well over that now. As of March 7th I was able to call and get through to speak to someone after I emailed again and was told that my order shipped as at this point I was going to cancel. After speaking to a customer service rep I was informed my order in fact did not ship and was still sitting in the warehouse. I asked for the order to be canceled and my money refunded and was told they could not do so. So not only do I not have my tv they don’t want to cancel the order let alone give me my money. I’m not paying for something that’s sitting in a warehouse. I have filed a complaint with BBB this company is nothing but trash

Unfortunately, I also had a horrible experience with this seller. I purchased a refurbished Chromebook, and a few minutes into setting it up, I encountered a screen saying the Chrome OS was missing. I called their tech support that evening, there was a language barrier, and I guess I misunderstood, because I was under the impression that we had set up a return, but I never received any of the follow up info that they were supposed to send in order for me to actually execute the return. I called again, and left a message this time, but I still never heard anything. By that point, it had been two weeks, and Wal-Mart would not accept the return anymore. I should've tried to return the item to Wal-Mart in the first place, but there was a card in the box saying to contact them with any issues, so that's what I did. Definitely a waste of money. I totally regret this purchase.

do not buy from this place. i ordered a fitbit alta hr and received a charge 3 that was "refurbished" it was not refurbished, it didn't work and now I can't find the info i need to return.

Do not buy! Ordered a refurbished 65" TV and came all broken. Boxing was terrible, and no wonder the TV got damaged so bad during delivery. (Or they sent the damaged TV to begin with, who knows)

Customer center is also bad, I submitted photos and email and still no response after three days.

Very unreliable.
