I did order trough The Bay Canada and canceled my order at The Bay and was informed that the seller is Vibes Base Enterprise. I got a notification that it was shipped even after many times by me cancel this order. This company is not responding to my emails and if I ever buy anything at a store that gets is merchandise from Vibes Base Enterprise, I will not buy it.
NO COSTUMER SERVICE.
Unfortunately I have to recommend against purchasing from this company. I ordered some pants for my son from Vibes Base through the Walmart website. The pants appeared to be well-made, but the rise was quite tight. It took many emails before I was able to get a return label from Vibes Bass Enterprises Inc. They assured me that if I included a note they would exchange for a different size. However despite my including such a note, when they received my return, they sent a refund and not the requested exchange. If you choose to order from this company, please be aware that you may find their customer service unsatisfactory.
I ordered some cargo shorts from you through Walmart. My spouse really likes them. However, we ordered 6 pairs of size 36 and found in unwrapping them that there were 2 pairs of size 42 in bags marked 36.
I would like to return the size 42 and get replacements in size 36. Please advise how I wold be able to do this. Response via e-mail will be fine.
