VCT ELECTRONICS - Did an amazon search for a king heated mattress pad. Ordered from VCT. To my disappointment, rather than a king, I got a queen. I should have checked to make sure it was the size I wanted but because the price was the same as another one I was looking at, I didn't notice. I tried to contact the seller to see if I could exchange the item. No luck. So, I returned it, knowing I would have to pay for shipping (less than $10). To my surprise, they also charged me a $37.89 restocking fee. Don't buy from this company their return policy is horrible.

Bought a heating blanket from them thru Walmart for my dad for Xmas

It did not work when he tried it and vct tells me no returns because it’s past 30 days

It wasn’t opened until Christmas

What a rip off

Tried to cancel this order because I found out it did not have a 110 ac connector it was made for foreign usage. Was unable too!

I purchased a high end $150 Panasonic stereo radio from VCT Electronics. This item was meant for a foreign country, and as delivered would not work on the USA electrical grid without an adapter. The instruction manual made no mention of a wall outlet adapter needed for the United States. I was told by customer service this was in the shipment. Not true. VCT Electronics sells this adapter. It took two phone calls and two emails to have one sent. This company is only 180 miles from my home. It arrived 8 days later.

Very bad experience!!

Wanted to return a merchandise but they do not accept returns. Even for new and unused items, no shipping label was provided. And they want to get it back within 14 days. That is not what I was expecting from a Walmart Marketplace Partner :(
