I purchased Chicago Fire season 1-9 and NCIS Los Angels season 1-12....there is nothing wrong with my Sony DVD player as all other DVDs play fine...not one of the DVDs purchased will play get a error message 13:00 flashing constant..

Spent a pretty penny on useless product...am homebound and husband is fighting lung cancer which is why I ordered...to try and take my mind off if things...DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE...THEY ARE CROOKED

I would not recommend buying from this company. I spent over $100 for a series and several discs skipped, or would not play and even had one repeat disc mislabeled. They were good about replacing several of the discs, but after the replacement date I found there are several more discs that will not play and now it's too late to get replacements. These are junk discs, and not worth the amount of money I paid. I will never use this company again.

they sent me the wrong dvd !!!!!!! talk with walmart they talk to you and i have not hear any thing back and it ben a week !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total Garbage! ordered product in the 18th paid $19.99 for expedited shipping no updates until the day before it arrives and that’s to tell me it won’t be for another 7 days. I don’t give a damn about shipping problems you charged me and I didn’t get it end of story. I will be expecting a refund for the lie told to get the extra shipping charge. A 1 Star rating is too high at this point.

We had issues with 3 out of the 9 seasons and 1 movie, got 1,2,3,5 replaced which was awesome. We get to season 6, not even 5 min in and brand new disc is skipping and freezing. Im so pissed off. 100 bucks just gone. I give one star since they did replace what we knew wouldnt work, but now there is nothing we can do, how do you expect us to watch all 9 seasons and a movie in the time alloted to return.

We got broke DVDs which we couldn't return at store and by the time we found out the date for return had passed, terrible!!!
