The vanity was delivered in an unmarked SUV during inclement weather. Despite repeated requests, the delivery personnel were reluctant to bring the item into the home. The packaging arrived visibly wet and damaged. The driver, who did not speak English, departed abruptly before any inspection of the item could be conducted.
When concerns about the condition of the product were raised, the company refused to engage in a reasonable discussion regarding a partial refund or compromise. Instead, they pursued legal action without attempting to resolve the matter collaboratively.
Following the initiation of the lawsuit, we were subjected to repeated unwanted contact, including persistent phone calls, direct messages, and monitoring of our personal online activity.
This company does not operate with professionalism, and the overall experience was highly unsatisfactory. Any perceived cost savings are far outweighed by the risk and distress of dealing with such practices. Proceed with caution.
