They sent me the wrong item, which was half the value of what I paid, and not only refused to correct their error, they did not respond to MULTIPLE emails and voice-mail messages. Mistakes happen, but the refusal to correct their mistake, or to even respond to repeated attempts to contact them, is absolutely unacceptable.
