Ordered iPhone fir my daughter June 29 was the date it was supposed to be delivered. Some how it got sent to the wrong zip code not mine and not what Walmart has. Between Walmart , V-Tell , and Fed-Ex worse customer experience ever. Package arrived open with single piece of packing tape holding center of package together. When opened box inside padded package, it had the charger and no phone. Contacted Walmart who said seller would expedite another phone which did not happen. V-Tell filed a claim with Fed-Ex who denied package was damaged. Had to send picture of package with tape in the middle. Very clear tape was on package when arrived which is evident by black around the tape. Waiting on results of claim. Tried to cancel whole order but was told couldn't because claim was in process. Well, I will stop payment through my credit card company because luckily I have not yet paid the bill this charge is on. Who experience has been a nightmare.

An order of IPhone 8, refurbished came on September 15, on time, with a dead battery, not rechargeable, and so far no response from V.Tell , just left you with an unseable item

Ordered iPhone XR. Screen stopped functioning. I had to pay $150 for repair after paying over $400 for the crappy phone. The repair shop said there was previous water damage and corroded ear piece. V-tell refuses to refund the phone or even just refund the $150 for repair. Terrible customer service and terrible product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered the iPhone XR, “good condition” unlocked. I paid extra for faster shipping, I needed it for my daughter b on 7/22. It came on the day of! I was happy, it looked great! Came with a thick screen protector which I thought was cool. The phone Did not work! Very glitchy as if screen was previously broken! The phone had a lot of static! Microphone didn’t work, callers couldn’t hear me! I called and asked for shipping label 45 min after receiving! Ordered a brand new one from t Mobil for just 100 extra! Save your time and money! These phones are crap

I send back a product, paid for shipping myself, these people don’t want to refund my money. This is not good customer service.
