Should be ZERO STARS!! This is a shady company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I received a product that looked used, I returned the product back to Walmart store. Upon returning it to the store, this company charged me for the product again 2 weeks later. I have been trying to get a refund for them for 2 months! Oh did I mention they kept the product AND CHARGED ME FOR IT! DO NOT ORDER SHIT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered the 1.8Tb PS5 God of War bundle. Received the 825 Gb version with out the game. Walmart need to cancel their contract with these asshats. Next time I’ll just buy everything from Amazon. At least they verify what your order is and don’t fuck up the simplest of orders. Now I have to wait for them to send me a shipping label and return this order. Never again.

Ordered an X box X Series online through Walmart. Unfortunately for my son UshopMall fulfilled this order. We ordered this in August and on Christmas Day the console did not work. Walmart passed the buck onto UshopMall who in turn passed it onto Microsoft. Email was short and non helpful. Simply you are passed our deadline for returns.

I purchased an ASUS Vivobook laptop for my teenage son. The listing indicated 12GB RAM. We had intermittent but persistent issues with the machine crashing for no reason. It finally got to the pint that it was almost unusable so we sent it to ASUS for repair under warranty. ASUS "repaired" and returned the unit but the issues were not resolved. Sent to ASUS a 2nd time and machine was returned with an 8GB RAM chip that had been taken out and labelled as "3rd party hardware, faulty". So apparently uShopMall added the 8GB RAM but listed the machine as if the RAM were factory original. Very deceptive & unethical. Will not buy from uShopMall again.

Actively participating in the scalping of Nvidia GPU's, RTX 3000 series (RTX 3070, 3080, 3090) selling for what is a criminal amount after using bots to procure them and create scarcity. I wouldn't buy anything from them if they had the last roll of TP on earth.

I would like to give zero stars but I don't think that's an option. I ordered the Oculus Quest on Walmart.com and uShopMall handled the shipping. I paid $90 extra to have the package shipped for next day delivery. The next day, instead of getting the Oculus Quest I ordered, I received a phone call from a rep at uShopMall telling me that they had just received the order from Walmart that morning and needed to confirm I still wanted to purchase the item and have it shipped. When I told the rep that Walmart had called AMEX to confirm the charge was valid the day before, she said I'm sorry about the mix-up but I hope you understand the situation, it's not our fault, it's Walmart's fault. All I understood is that she didn't want to admit that their system for processing orders are extremely unorganized and leave a ton of room for error. I needed the Quest Thursday for my work - my boss had a presentation due on Friday that depended on trying out the Quest. I explained this to the rep at uShopMall but she kept repeating her hands were tied - when I asked to speak to the manager, she wouldn't let me. Finally, after the fifth time of me asking for a manager, she told me the manager had gone home for the day. This was at 11:30 AM PDT / 2:30 PM EST. Another indication that no one is making sure operations run smoothly here. The rep then told me that she had called the manager on the cell phone and the best they could offer me was to ship it out next day. I told them they needed to pay to ship it out next day priority so it would arrive early in the morning and her response was that I hadn't paid enough for shipping for her to use next day priority. I told her that I shouldn't have to pay anything since she was already a day late than the Thursday delivery I had originally paid for. Here was an opportunity for her to build goodwill for her company - if she had apologized and had her company pay the extra shipping charges to get the gaming system to me first thing Friday morning, I would likely NOT be writing this review right now. However, that didn't happen, she sent it and estimated that it would get here before noon. Now, I don't even need to thing anymore because it arrived too late for us to use it in the presentation. I will NEVER use uShopMall again.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a PS4 Pro and VR bundle and upon receipt the PS4 it did not work. It would not accept game discs and ran intermittently. I shipped it back the same day that it was received. I was then notified that my refund would have a restocking fee of $112 and return shipping of $10 deducted. I contacted UShopMall and was told that the restocking fee and return shipping is company policy and also that they noticed a scratch on the bottom of the console! I literally had possession of the unit for a few hours during set up and trying to get it to work. I then promptly repackaged it and returned it the same day! Luckily, I contacted Walmart.com and they said I would receive a full refund. Definitely not the way to treat a customer that had spent nearly $800 at your company, or any amount for that matter. I will never order from or recommend this company to anyone. Stay away.....

Everyone stay away from this company. They have a telephone number with no live operators and they always tell you they'll get back to you within 4 hours and they do not and if they do get back to you it will be through an email you will never get a live person on the phone. The lack of communication this company has is ridiculous. I will be going to every website and every social media that I can find and I will put a bad review in and I will also contact the Better Business Bureau for their lack of communication and customer support.

Don’t expect your order to be accurate. Ordered something and even emailed them to ensure the item was as described. Received it today and it’s not even close to what I ordered. They will not return phone calls either. I ordered my item through Walmart, with uShopMall being the third party seller. I will never do business with them again.
