was sent the wrong item... the order was a 5 volt ac/dc adapter and i got a 9 volt adapter.....

Sorry service. From reading other reviews, I have just lost my money. This company needs to be reported the the NY attorney General's office and the state in which in live also. When I sign on to the virtual helpline I was asked to give them my debit, credit card number and pay them $1.00 to chat about my order that was place on Dec 4.. Today is Dec 21, 2020 and I still haven't received it. I think they are scam artist. My order was supposed to be shipped from NY. They are saying it is going to be late but it has been shipped. It is still in NY. That is where this company is suppose to be located. From other reviews I just lost my money. Ordered through Walmart and the dates on the reviews that I have read they have been doing this for months even years.

If Wal-Mart is trying to compete with Amazon, they need to get rid of companies like this. They lie about sending the product when they have not, so they can refuse to cancel the order. I ordered the product 15 days ago from Wal-Mart with a promised delivery 4 days ago. Now Okeba says it is the fault of the post office and it will be another 10 days. My friend at the post office told me that Okeba has not mailed it yet. I ordered the same product from Amazon last Friday, and received it today.
Product ordered on 4-26-2020 as of 5/10 still have not received product. Contacted company and haven't heard from them. Web site states shipped on 4/26.
They provided a tracking number, but it always says my order has not left their warehouse. Its been a very long time now and still no shipment. After reading other reviews I guess they can't be contacted. The only thing they are good at is taking your money.
Company won't answer phone and no email to contact for return of merchandise. Very poor service, 0 rating!!!!!!!
I will never order from here again worst company I’ve dealt with got my part put it on for two months and already not working and I am out of town months at a time so it was hardly even used and now they won’t replace it cause it’s over 30 days it’s been like 2 months
