Will not return emails for instructions to return Camera and display. I will not do business with them or Walmart again. Sorry but Walmart put their name on this and is not making it good.

camera not working properly. they skip entire minutes (10-20) without recording. Cameras did not come with a user manual just a set up paper

Just received this today, July 3rd, 2020. ordered in May 2020. I am not happy with this product. Put batteries in and it only reads temperature in Celsius. I do not want to have to read a chart for Fahrenheit every time a temperature is taken. It is not user friendly and the table on the instructions pamphlet is too small to read even with glasses. Will be returning and need an American made product. This one is very very inferior.

Rip-Off Artist -Ordered Camera And Never Recieved-Finally Contacted Wal Mart They Said They Would Check-Waited 8 Weeks Got An Answer They Delivered It -I Don't Have It I Will Contest The Charge
I ordered an item on April 27th, and they said it shipped on April 30th. During this time, the shipping destination changed 3 times and did not actually ship until mid-May. Their communication is HORRIBLE and they are full of excuses. I emailed them about 10 times and have only received 4 responses. The item was not delivered until June 17th. They are now refusing to abide by their own return policy let me return it. I sill have 24 days and all they offered me was a $5 refund and told me to "give it to a friend". Please please please do not order from these people. This is not an isolated incident.
Order arrived a month late from the estimated arrival. These were security cameras i needed due to a car break in causing me to worry about my security. When i wanted to return them, the day after they arrived, the company took a week to get back to me and then offered me $15 as a refund and suggested i give away the product as a gift. Wtf? This was $120 cameras! Not a gift. Will never oreder from them again
I ordered a camera and it would not charge. I asked them to resolve the problem. They would not accept anything was wrong with the camera. They ignored me. I would like to have something back. I paid for the camera. It is new, supposedly, I would send it back.
Ordered an item. It continue to say delayed shipping for three weeks and so I emailed them. It took a couple weeks for them to get back to me and by then I had already cancelled the order. The only thing they said in the email was if it showed up I needed to make sure to return it! Horrible customer service and your item is never delivered! 5 weeks and I canceled my order!

Disputed charge and re-ordered from eBay.

I placed this order on April 29 and now in the middle of June and have not received my order. One tracking says shipped, another says earlier delayed. Where is my order? Does anyone keep up with logistics of orders? I can’t believe Walmart uses this company as a 2nd party Vendor since 2017 . It’s beyond my belief the business you are running.
