I ordered a video game for my girlfriend, Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. The only game she is missing for her collection.

I get an obviously fake copy. Tried to contact the seller, was called an idiot for thinking I was getting a legit copy and then hung up on.

Fuck these guys, I've reported them to the Kelowna police. Here's hoping they get arrested.

Ordered a copy of Pokemon White 2. Picture showed case, but it was a good deal so I was expecting just the game.

Ended up being a knock-off. I contacted the seller and informed him the product wasn't as advertised. He wrote me back and told me it was my fault for not assuming it'd be a knock-off. This guy is ripping people off and being obtuse when you contact him. I sent back the cartridge and have not received a refund. Total clown.

This place is a joke,They tell you it’s been shipped and Walmart lost the items but you know they’ve never shipped it. Walmart won’t do anything. Save the time and hassle and order through Amazon that actually backs their products and helps the buyer

Bought some video games through Walmart, and thankfully chose to have them ship to the store. Delivery date came and went and I had no notification. Called the store and they had received nothing, reached out to customer service who put me in touch with Tyler Turple at urban deals who shockingly couldn’t provide tracking but refused a refund anyway. Thankfully Walmart had no choice but to, since they hadn’t received the items and there was no tracking. Stop trying to rip people off.

Do not do business with Urban Deals. Unprofessional customer support, and I never received my order despite them claiming to have delivered it. Never received any tracking info. Luckily I'm not out too much money on my small order.

I ordered a book through Walmart.ca and i was coming from 3rd party dealer Urban deals Inc. Been 5 months, never received the book and they said they sent it through regular mail no tracking. So they say it was delivered, even though there is no tracking. Scam!!!!

I ordered a DVD on January 3rd, today is Feb the 3rd and no DVD..It said it was shipped and then when you go to look at your tracking it says "oops, can't show you that information", what a load of BS, I have contacted Walmart and they will NOT help me and will NOT give me a refund. I do NOT recommend you EVER order from the online store at walmart and certainly not from URBAN DEAL INC, they are crooks and I am still waiting for help, I don't even want the DVD anymore I want a REFUND, I give them ZERO OUT OF 5

Ordered a DS game in December. It’s almost February now and I am back and forth with Walmart about this that I never received my order but the seller is insisting they sent it. They even provided me with an invalid tracking number! GREAT.

Do not order from this company, they sell counterfeit dvds, they're FRAUDS.

Ordered a blu ray from this third party reseller through Walmart. Item due on Sept 5, 2022. It was never shipped. I contacted Walmart who in turn contacted 3rd party seller. They claimed delayed for 2 months which would have been November 5, 2022. As of Dec 5, 2022 I have not received item, so I contacted Walmart to cancel and refund. Walmart wanted to contact 3rd party seller to see status. I don't care what status is anymore. I paid Walmart, they can refund me and I will never order item if it is coming from Urban Deals. Seems like a suspect 3rd Party Seller. The tracking number given was invalid. Not pleased with either party.

Ordered a game on Walmart.ca and was super excited as it came with bonus stuff in the box, but this garbage company Urban Deals Inc shipped a used game in an envelope with the bonus item missing. When I complained they accused me of being stupid for assuming it was a new item. The GD description was for a new item, the images were of a new item! WTF would you expect when it doesn't say used, open box or cartridge only..
