I recently purchased an iPhone from your company through Walmart.com and had it delivered to the Walmart store in Morrow GA. The package was signed and stolen by one of the employees "S. James" the manager will not help with contacting the employee to retrieve the package. I am very disappointed with the service walmart has given me and no one will help. Now I am out if my money and no merchandise. It was delivered on September 22nd and today is September 30th and still no package.
Talked to one of the consultants (Pearl Wilson) and told my dilemma...I bought 4 Unlocked iPhone 4 from upgrade solution inc. thru Walmart.com. And one of the phones is not unlocked. The phone is fine and no damages just locked iPhone that I didn’t ask for. I asked to get my money back. The order number is 5981980-023960. But she transfers me to this “just answer expert for $1 Free 7 day trial” and ask for my credit card info. I did not fill it up and tried to go back to the consultant and I can get hold of her anymore. I want my money back!
customer service sucks they don't know how to reach out to people I ordered a iPhone never received it was told a replacement was on the one then was told my order was refunded because I asked for the tracking id number this company is full of bs
I purchased a used iphone 5s listed on Walmart.com from this company. It failed a bit over 30 days later. I asked for help on Walmart's website and the company has yet to reply to my email. I purchased a warranty from SquareTrade and before they will get involved I have to try to get the problem resolved by Apple. Well, that's not going to happen because it's a used phone.
Bottom line don't purchase from this company. If you have a problem they will NOT be there to help you and do NOT ever purchase a warranty from SquareTrade because they will just send you to the manufacturer of the device.
I don't understand why any reputable company would offer products from these two companies.
I returned a phone back to them and still haven't got my refund! I emailed them yesterday and was told they usually refund the same day the item is returned or the next business day. I emailed them again today and got no response! I want my money back!!
