The vibrating plate has a terrible noise when using the arm bands, I wish I would have bought it on Amazon instead from another maker. I wish I would gave seen this reviews.
They sent me a completely different product! and contacting them directly has been the worse!
Was missing several bolts and parts. Worse, the seller hasn’t responded to any emails or phone calls! DO NOT USE
Ordered this back in November for a Christmas present! Didn’t open it until now to set it up for the kiddos and it’s missing the base!!! Way to ruin Christmas!! Have had the hardest time teaching anyone to get help!
