The absolute WORST and scammers. I ordered 3 pairs of lounge pants on walmart.com, I received 2 shipments, both of which had only one pair in them, yet they charged me for 3 pairs. I have been emailing back and forth with some idiot named Brittany in "customer care" for 12 days now requesting they send me the pair they shorted me, she keeps giving me the run around and just informed me today that they can't issue replacement orders. This is what I have been requesting since day one!!!

I am so disappointed with my order. Ordered Magnilife restless leg cream - received Magnilife relaxing leg cream. My order shows a picture of Restless Legs Cream - but shipped out as relaxing leg cream.
This company deserved ZERO stars but that wasn't an option on this site, or I would have given them ZERO stars like they deserve!!!!!
I ordered a bag that was way too big (try taking more photos so people can get an accurate idea of what it looks like you dunces at Universal Direct Brands!) and so I called and spoke to a customer (dis)service representative and verified the returns process and then sent the item back via USPS with a tracking number. I checked on the delivery status later and it had been delivered to their warehouse and I discarded the receipt with the tracking number because it was delivered and I figured in the refund would therefore be issued in "2-3 weeks" like this company's policy states.
But now these jerks are telling me they never got the item and without the tracking number won't issue me a refund. Their CSR didn't have enough brains to tell me to hold on to the USPS receipt in case something like this happened, which I mentioned to a deplorable "manager" by the name of Liz who basically refused to acknowledge that important fact and tried to defend her and equally stupid co-worker's actions and pin the whole thing on me.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company and these useless theives can eat it when they get forced to return my money by the bank. I'll also be writing reviews on every single site I come across about these douchebags.
