I purchased a chair from them that was due to arrive August 4th. When it didn't, Walmart listed the item as delayed, which is still what the site shows.

I started to contact unbeatable sale weekly asking for more information. They would not provide any. The hyperlink to track my chair ended in a 404 page. Then, after a solid month of the chair being delayed, Unbeatablesale tells me the chair was delivered BEFORE August 4th. They advised me to ask my neighbors about it. I'm out a few hundred bucks.

This is to say that I will NEVER purchase from Walmart.com who uses Unbeatablesale.com to fulfill some of their orders. I had no idea this was going to be fulfilled by this business. We were sick with the virus, could not make our return within a 30 day window (that we had no idea was a 30 day window; thought this was Walmart with their 90 day return policy & initiated within 7 days) and this company flat out refuses to allow a return and credit. ($312.46 sale) Shame on you. (Luckily for us, there are many OTHER options for purchasing items for the rest of our remodel project. ) I am now seeing that this company is horrific with no integrity. I only wish I had been aware before. Good Riddance (& I, too, wish I could give it ZERO STARS!!!)

Don't do business with them! Bought a ceiling fan for a gift for our mother through walmart.com and they were listed as the seller. As it got close to the time the product was to arrive, the status still said "getting order ready". Made an inquiry as to the status and 2 days later unbeatablesale emails me and tells me the item is not available and likely will never be in stock again. There were 8 in stock when the order was placed. When were they going to tell me that? Likely wouldn't of heard anything unless I inquired, and I could've been searching for the item elsewhere in the meantime. Dishonest and unprofessional, but they have no problem taking that money real quick. Avoid and purchase elsewhere- they are garbage

I have been waiting for 5 months and I have not received my order! I paid in full and they did not give me my order! What company takes someone money and disappears! They are now saying we cannot do anything! How is this even possible!

Order says shipped, but never varrived at FED EX... Wont issue refund.. Generic auto reply responses.,.

Why can't I leave Zero stars? These people are totally incompetent. I can't believe Walmart uses them since it reflects so poorly on Walmart. They take forever to respond and when they do they try to offer you a discount on the item they shipped you that was WRONG to begin with. Uggh. Horrible

Bought what I thought was a flask. In fact it was a pouch. Walmart want refund and I can not find company to ask for refund.

Ordered Dial pump soap in a 12 carton received only one bottle for a cost of $7.36! Not real happy!

They waited 3 weeks into my 4 weeks order and canceled it even though they said they had 3 in stock. Said warehouse is not communicating with them. They didn't care about there customer nor did Walmart since this was a 3rd party order from Walmart

This company refuses to issue me an RMA for an item which is not what I ordered! I have contacted via email and phone. I keep getting the run around and not RMA so I can get my money back! They sent the item with absolutely no paperwork inside the packaging so I can not return it. Do not use this company to purchase anything. Online reviews are horrible. I wish I had read them prior to purchasing from them. Read them for yourselves. I would give zero start if the site would let me! Buyers beware!
