Absolutely terrible company. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would give them 0 stars if I could and I will make sure to notify my friends and family to never order from them. I will be contacting Walmart as well. This is ridiculous.
I bought a mini freezer through walmart.com! Freezer didn't work so I tried to take it back to local Walmart. They told me they dont take items back I would have to contact the company because they were a third party. So I contacted the Company and they will not give me any information on how to return the product..there customer service just gets smart

Oh my goodness!!! So many discouraging reviews while I have a defective product from UBesGoo sitting on my bed, and I wonder if I should fix it myself instead of returning it and ending up with no product and no money back

This is absolutely the worse worse company to deal with. Ordered a patio set have missing pieces. Can’t speak to anyone emails back and forth for two weeks and still nothing. I recommend no one orders from this company. Horrible people.
Absolutely the worse. My sister purchased a little refrigerator for my Mom. After less than 6 months, it stopped cooling. Sent an email, they requested a video of the problem. Sent one with thermometer and they replied it was too dark and no problem could be seen. You cannot see the problem, it does not cool. Worse customer service interaction ever...with any company. No stars if possible.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. I see someone else ordered the Zero Gravity Lawn chair set and was also surprised with some horribly cheap tarp. I have contacted them and currently waiting on a response.
Worst customer service ever. Sent me the wrong item (an organizer shelf instead of 2 patio chairs...) and then they tell me they won't send the chairs and if I want a refund I'm on the hook for returning the shelf to them.

I never recieved my package
Ordered juicer from this company, via Groupon on 4/24th. Tracking states it was being shipped via FedEx on the 26th. As of today, 4/30th, same status and package has not moved just label created. Contacted Groupon to ask for assistance, refused to assist and referred me back to this company. I asked to just cancel and refund me. Again they refused and stated company has to handle.
It seems to me that what ever company you look up with very bad reviews walmart keeps getting these scammers of companies that you either can't get in touch with them, or that they deliver to the wrong city and state. Will never buy anything online again and never from walmart.. There all crooks and scammers!!!! If, I could give 0, I would!!!!! But since there's only one star!!!
I ordered a “UBesGoo 660 LB Weight Computing Scale Digital Floor Platform Warehouse Shipping Postal blue” from the Walmart website on 01/04/2020 (Order Number 2742046126120). It was supposed to be delivered to my address 204 of my street, which is also my billing address. When I got the confirmation from FedEx that my scale had been delivered on 01/09/2020, I checked for my package outside. My package was not on the porch. I got a call from the resident at 332 of my street. She said she had my package. When I asked her where did she get my name and number, she said it was on the label. This made me uneasy as my package was not being delivered to the correct address. I called FedEx on the afternoon of 01/09/2020 about the it being delivered to the wrong address. I confirmed that my address was 204 of my street. FedEx stated that they had to bring it back to the warehouse to redeliver it. The FedEx employee stated that the package would get delivered to the correct address tomorrow (01/10/2020). They stated that I should call Wal-Mart. When I got off the phone with FedEx, I called Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart said I had to speak to UBesGoo. I called UBesGoo also on Thursday (01/09/2020) about the issue. I was given a “Special Case Worker” who stated that they will see where the package got delivered to, correct the address and send it back out on Friday (01/10/2020). I again confirmed that the package was supposed to be delivered to 204. On 01/10/2020, the package got delivered to 402 of my street instead of 204. That was when I found out that the label said 402 not 204 of my street. When I called UBesGoo, the employee said the case worker was out at lunch and should be back in 15 minutes. I called back in 30 minutes and was told he was out for the day. UBesGoo employees refused to help me. I have medical conditions that are exacerbated by stress and this whole situation is not good for my health. When I asked people to help me, I keep getting empty promises. I need my scale for medical reasons and the lack of empathy is astounding and depressing. How these employees are willing to treat someone is unacceptable. As an icing on the cake, per se, I got an email on 01/11/2020, in which UBesGoo is telling me to go to the original address listed on the package(402 of my street). Where I live, a.k.a. rough neighborhood, is how people die. The liability of a company encourage me to go to a stranger’s house and refusing to take responsibility is appalling. Wal-Mart needs to address this issue as they are selling UBesGoo products on their site and was where my order was placed.
Cancelled order less than 24 hours. They said they could not cancel my order because my product was already at the Post Office. That's a lie, they ship FedX. 2 days later they charged my visa and emailed me a FedX tracking number. But they didn't ship the product for another 5 days. They do that so they can charge you a 5 to 15 % re-stocking fee. Don't do business with them. Also Walmart you suck too for allowing your vendors to cheat the customers. I'd give them zero stars. I sure hope the Karma gets them quickly.
They are the biggest liars I've ever dealt with. I cancelled my order less than 24 hours after I ordered it. They said they couldn't cancel my order because the item was already at the Post Office. Lies, Lies, they ship FedX. The next day they charged my visa and created a FedX shipping label. One week later they shipped the item. I did not open the box and sent it back via FedX. The received it and did not refund my visa yet. Bas, Bad , business practices just to make a small amount of money. Now they will not make any money off me and never in the future. Their lies cost them a customer. They don't deserve even a one star rating.

Bought a dresser drawers part one one side was defective on 3 if the 5 drawer slides. Customer service useless and worthless even though they could have just sent 3 new drawer slides to make the dresser right. I do not know why Walmart let's them sell thru walmart. I give ZERO STARS
bought a deep fryer from them when I set it up one of the tanks has a pin hole leak ... I have talked to them 4 times now and basically giving me the run around saying they are going to send another tank when im on the phone ... 2 weeks nothing , no emails yet I was told 4 times now I would get an email from another dept. no customer service !!!!!! ubesgoo is a joke
Very slow customer service. Was sent wrong item and have yet to be given a solution after a week of emails and phone calls.
