What a scam. Product damaged and not delivered. Email the idiot customer service and get the run around. Tried to cancel the order through walmart, nothing happens. Still no answer on a replacement for the product I didn't receive. Never order on line from walmart. ) 0 stars here.

Man, ordered a tent, and need yo send back yo them, or just exchange it. And they tell me to keep it and try to sell it and they will refund me $5. I wished I would have read reviews first. Walmart and Amazon and any other company selling this product needs to stop. If these name company's are gonna sell a product then they need yo back it with their guarantee and their policies.
Awful product!!! Do not waste your money. Then when I tried to contact them they sent me to a page that costs $5. Really!!!

Ordered a vacuum chamber and pump. Only received the pump. When I contacted them they said the 5 gallon chamber isn't included. Which it clearly states in the title and description in the ad along with pictures. Still fighting with them about how they are going to rectify the problem.

I can’t believe this company or Walmart for allowing said company to be able to sale their products via their website! I can’t return my washing machine , I can’t get a replacement said to keep trying to contact this company whom are unresponsive and the number doesn’t even work! If I could give 0 stars I would but so there isn’t a MISUNDERSTANDING I will proceed w/one star I purchased washing machine on 3/2022 it went out 1/2023 not even a full year for something supposed to last up to 14years , as a single mother I am highly disappointed I know things happen which is why I purchased the protection plan and I can’t even use it!
Never got my product and now it has been going on 3 weeks but they charged my credit card already. keep telling me now to wait 4 to 10 business days until i can get a new tracking number
I agree with everyone comments. I ordered this item thru Walmart…did not realize that it would be this difficult in returning products. They don’t disclose return policy and scam you for trying to return it.
Do not buy their products. I bought a suitcase set for $138 and the larger suitcase broke on the first trip. They offered a$40 refund and said I could keep it and resell if I wanted too. Who resells something already broke!! They have. It responded to my second email.
I have no clue where to begin with Walmart.com and UBesGoo. I ordered items and the box came damaged and the items were flimsy. Went to Walmart and they denied taking the return because it's not boxed. Got on chat talked to three different associates where one said she's arrange a pick up for me. Three days later no response from anyone. Came back on chat was told to contact seller they can't do anything. Seller does not help! This place is a fraud. Beware do not buy from them or walmart.com
WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ ALL THESE REVIEWS BEFORE MY SISTER ORDERED A KITCHEN TABLE FOR OUR NEW APARTMENT. MY SISTER FOUGHT FOR A WHOLE MONTH AND A HALF WITH WALMART, 3RD PARTY COMPANY AND FEDEX AS TO WHO IS GOING TO PICK UP MERCHANDISE AND GETTING A REFUND. NOBODY KNEW WHERE THE MERCHANDISE WAS UNTIL FEDEX TOLD MY SISTER IT WAS IN NEW JERSEY AND WE LIVE IN ARIZONA. WE DONT KNOW HOW THE HELL THE BOX ENDED UP IN NEW JERSEY. If I can give you 0 stars I will this is the worst experience I have had with any company they will not give me the shipping label to send back the chair they keep emailing me the exact same thing over and over again I just want my money back and they will not give me a shipping label so that I can return their items back to them whatever you do.do not order from this company When you ask to speak with a supervisor there's no one that you can talk to everything is through a email so it's hard for you to get your point across to them to let them know that their items are no good they will send you the same thing over and over again and try to avoid not giving your money back like I said in my previous paragraph whatever you guys do do not order from this company
I have been dealing with this company for days. I have reported them to BBB, FTC and Walmart. They advertised a set of tractor tires as 4 ply tires. They arrived and they are only 2 ply tires. Since they changed their ad on Walmart.com to 2 ply. I have requested a return and to have them have UPS pick them up at their expense. Their reply was "I am sorry for the trouble you have caused." They told me to print the label and have UPS pick them up. I explained I don't have a printer, they said go to a friend's house. I have repeated told them to contact UPS and request a pick up, UPS can print their label and return their tires at their cost, not mine.

I have been engaging me in 8 hours of insane email correspondence over returning a pair of wheels as the axel hole is too small. For lack of any other way to explain the email correspondences, I can only say he must be on drugs. Why would they pay someone to do this? He keeps responding like he has no idea what I am talking about then asking me to jump thru purposeless hoops which is unrelated to my case. Wasting my time, but I guess he is killing his hours. At their website, I tried to use the email, and it is a defunct email that is returned as undeliverable. Flakey operation. Why is Walmart allowing these people to use them as a selling platform?

Absolutely terrible company. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would give them 0 stars if I could and I will make sure to notify my friends and family to never order from them. I will be contacting Walmart as well. This is ridiculous.
I bought a mini freezer through walmart.com! Freezer didn't work so I tried to take it back to local Walmart. They told me they dont take items back I would have to contact the company because they were a third party. So I contacted the Company and they will not give me any information on how to return the product..there customer service just gets smart
