You should be named TV time hustlers, your business practices and advertising are deceitful and misleading. On my walmart.com site I seen a product advertised through your company and it was sad order today and receive it by christmas, this did not happen. After charging me $9 shipping and handling you sent the package the cheapest way possible and it set in a hub in Sumner Washington 100 miles from my home in Longview Washington. It sat there for 9 days supposedly waiting for USPS to pick it up, that also is not the case. What you're doing is sending it extremely cheap and it sits at the hub until there is enough bulk packages in mail for it to get to sent to U SPS. You need to be ashamed of yourself why don't you just send it like any other reputable company so the customer can get their product and stated in your ads and be happy with their products. Companies like yours who make more profit on shipping costs are nothing less than common thieves in my eyes. I work very hard for my money and I don't like giving it away to some shyster company. Walmart needs to vet the companies they partner with a lot better and weed out bad apples such as yourself in your company, in fact if Walmart was aware of this they should be ashamed of themselves answered you. People beware you will not receive your package in a timely manner you can expect it to be at least in my case 9 days more than that actually it was ordered on the 16th and I received it on the 29th. Great customer service TV time direct! Not!! Needless to say I will let everybody I talk to you know about you I absolutely will never I mean never order from you again. Buyer beware buyer beware buyer beware!
