TSMK Shop

My daughter helped me order Austin the Avacado Squishmallow from Walmart.com. TSMK was the third party seller. I ordered on Dec14 the email said it was delivered Dec19 and I was charged on Dec21st. The package that was delivered on the19th was not what we ordered it was a cheap no name stuffed avacado with a made in China tag with a name we never heard of on gift receipt in an Amazon box. She called Amazon and they very politely apologized and said they would send a replacement to those people and we could keep or donate the one we got and we would need to call Walmart.com about our order. The first call the woman said you’ll have to call back after the 30th. My daughter said this was a Christmas present and the woman said can I help you with anything else? No help at all! Then I called the man I spoke to was nice and tried to be helpful. We had looked up reviews and they we’re not good and so did he. He gave me a number for the comps and it doesn’t work. He even tried to call them after I called back. He emailed them and so did we and no answer! I spoke to another man same thing and we waited 48 hours after. Each call (4 total!)These people are sorry to do this to people trying to buy gifts for kids! I will never order anything from Walmart again for using bogus companies like this to cause problems for customers and I recommend no one use the TSMK company !

Worst shop ever!!! I ordered item from them on Walmart web. Item that came was not as advertised and they blocked my emails to them!

DO NOT BUY from that shop!! I would give 0 stars if I could!

I ordered a product through Walmart and TSMK was the seller this was a Christmas gift a Galaxy Watch for my husband. I received a tracking number and waited for item to arrive-I got a notice it was delivered but we were home and never received it. I called Walmart-they said to contact FedEx when I contacted FedEx they told me the tracking number given to me was in fact not my tracking number but someone else but the Walmart app was now telling me I received my item. I contacted the company and after a few days they responded and said “it was a mixup and my item would be to be in 5-6 days” so I waited…no item, I requested a new tracking number, no response. I called Walmart asked for a refund I got the run around about emailing the company which was done several times by myself and Walmart. Still no word from this company. I had to get very angry at the Walmart Customer service to beg for a refund and they kept telling me to contact TSMK. This company is awful, and dishonest. My package was never sent and I do not believe they even had the item. Be careful when purchasing off Walmart as they do not seem to care who their sellers are. Amazon is at least more willing to help and refund when things like this happen!

TSMK HAS BEEN SENDING ME DUPLICATE ORDERS. I HAVE TO KEEP ASKING WALMART FOR A REFUND FOR MERCHANDISE I DID NOT ORDER BEING SENT TO ME. TSMK, WHEN I ORDER ONE LUCILE BALL BARBIE DOLL, I MEAN ONLY ONE, STOP SENDING BARBIE DOLLS I DID NOT ORDER!!
