Got tricked into ordering from these guys via walmart.com, what a fiasco. Conterfiet fragrance, do not buy from these a**h*les.

I'm having the same problem ordered of some perfume in early April and still have not received it it's keep saying delayed USPS tracking number is no good phone number is no good an email is no good tried calling walmart.com so far the wait time is over 2 hours even talk to anybody so I'm not sure what I can be able to do

No no no!!! I ordered twice from Walmart.com , was supposed to receive 2 Britney Spears perfumes and ended up getting one package with the wrong Cologne for a man and then on my highest order they sent a Kate Spade sample or chapstick... seriously?!!!! Omfg. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! DONOT ORDER FROM WALMART OR FRAGRANCE DREAM PERIOD!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! I ordered from them on 2 separate occasions and did not get my item TWICE. 1st time was a $150 bottle of perfume. I received no response to inquiries and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. 2nd time: I ordered a 100 ml bottle of Britney Spears perfume (not realizing it was the same vendor from a couple months back!) and received a $2 sample card of some Kate Spade fragrance. Pure incompetence! How are they still a Walmart vendor?? I'll check these reviews more carefully from now on!

I placed an order for Balenciaga B. perfume OVER 6 MONTHS AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! The total amount came to over $160 and this company will not respond to my emails or issue me a refund. FRAUDS!

Same thing is happening, just made a purchase in early March, shipping label created but seems like USPS have not got the item, states delayed.

Definitely sounds like scammers. Will be calling Walmart to get a refund.

I ordered a fragrance through walmart on December 7 supposedly they were going to deliver it to me on December 17, 2019 until January 28, 2020 I don't know what happened to my order the number that appears that is from New York never responded

I ordered a perfume on Dec 13, 2019 and needed it by Christmas which did not happen. I emailed them and they failed to reply. Today which is Jan 2, 2020 I received a package from them which was a men’s tiny tube of Hugo Boss sample cologne when I ordered a bottle of women’s perfume. Do NotBuy from here!! They don’t even deserve one star.

Same as the customer at the top. Label created 2 weeks ago never received the package. Shame on Walmart for not stepping in

SCAMMERS, THIEVES AND CRIMINALS -hIding under the umbrella of AMAZON AND WALMART!.. I ordered on 12/12 They created a label for USPS on 12/13 and charged my CC 120.00 .. Sent me an email saying Tracking number created should arrive by 12/23/19.. On 12/24 I called the USPS all they had was the tracking number in their system. The actual package was never sent to the USPS. i tried calling and it rang 6 times and then a recording said your call is being disconnected. I thought maybe they were closed for Christmas Eve, so I just called again.. Same thing..

i ordered thru WALMART.COM Walmart.com should NOT Be allowing 3rd Party Scammers to sell on their site. It GIVES WALMART A BAD NAME AS WELL.

FOR the record, any one who wants to try and reach them, their "fake" phone number is 516 342-6560. Maybe I need to reach out to the Media on this....

The exact thing happened to me as the above customer stated... postal label printed 2 weeks ago but item has not gotten to shipping facility. Was to be a Christmas gift. No answer, no response. Do not order from this company.

Received the wrong perfume again!!! This is the second time and charged the same price for a cheaper item!!

I ordered a box containing are stated that I would be purchasing a 4 oz bottle of Gray Flannel after shave / 4oz bottle of toilette spray vaporisaeur but I only received the vaporisaeur spray, unbelievable this has taught me a great lesson to always read the reviews before ordering no return info no receipt in the box and I paid $25.00 for this bottle and it might not even be the real thing, have contacted Walmart to try and get my money back. Buyers beware. I would rate a 0 if I could.

I had the same experience as above. I was charged, label printed and package was never even shipped!!! AMAZON why are you allowing this company to sell? They are stealing and this is fraudulent. THEY need to be jailed!

I ordered a gift set of Design Perfume for my wife on Dec. 12, 2018. I received a confirmation from Fragrance Dream on Dec. 14, 2018 that it would be shipping and I should receive it between Dec. 18 and Monday, Dec. 24, 2018. It never arrived. I have tried tracking the shipment through the USPS. They show that the label for shipping was printed but the USPS has not received the package. What happened? I expect to have some one contact me and let me know the status. I am very disappointed. If I could rate you with zero stars, I would.
