Through the Wal-Mart site, I bought a .7oz Lancome Absolute eye cream from Tropical Essence LLC. When I received my order, it was a .2oz sample size. These sizes are given as freebees to customers for purchases at department stores and through Lancome.com purchases. Next purchase will be with a reputable dealer.

I ordered ‘Lierac’ eye cream on the Walmart.com ( sold & shipped by Tropical Essence LLC ) and received the used product! Tube was open and empty! Unacceptable!!!!!! I do NOT recommend this seller!

Ordered a "it celebration foundation" compact as a gift and it arrived broke! I never opened the package because it was a gift for my mother who lives in another state and she has been unable to travel. So I just wrapped it and stuck it up until we got together. I contacted the company to let them know and all they could say is " Sorry, 30 day warranty." Terrible customer service and I do not recommend this company.

I recently ordered a lipstick that was discontinued from Macys ,y favorite and I Thought I was ordering from Walmart.. I received the package FROM A PLACE CALLED "TROPICAL ESSENCE" with a completely DIFFERENT SHADE.

I thought I was ordering from walmart...... not a place in Orlando Florida... I will never be tricked by this site ever again...

Tiny sample sizes.

I bought some Clinique Smart Night cream. Two .5 oz jars. They are clearly marked “Not for Individual Sale” on the outside of the jars. They are obviously free samples from a Clinique promotion. Not happy about this! I would hope that Clinique would resist selling old samples to another vendor. Shame on both of you!
