I bought a monitor from this company on Amazon, and had to return it (wrong monitor), They held back my refund (I only received the tax, losing 90% of my money). Their explanation? They claimed that I returned a different model and Serial# and thus refunded zero to me. A claim so false it is in fact not possible, as I did not / do not HAVE the same model monitor to even try that. I took it out of the box and same day put the (same) monitor back in the box and paid (postage out of pocket) to return it to them. Weeks go by, no refund, and then when I inquire with Amazon they reply with the above fiction. This amounts to theft by them upon me. Used my bosses credit card to buy this monitor and now I am on the hook for it as they scammed me out of 90% of my money, and they have the (new, correct & original) monitor I returned to re-sell to some other unsuspecting dupe. So buyer beware. Awful awful seller.

Do NOT buy anything from this company unless you want to lose money and have a horrible experience

Ordered a pool, received shipping information right away. The estimated delivery day by Canada post has come and gone, and the status hasn't changed from "electronic information submitted". I looked up reviews from this seller and it's not looking too good for me receiving my order anytime soon. I'm surprised Walmart allows this seller with such a horrible rating. Even though it's a third party, it still represents Walmart as it's on their site. Be cautious and research their 3rd party sellers before buying, because apparently Walmart doesn't care who represents them!

fastest shipping available purchased , 3 in stock 5 BIZ days.. not shipped

overnight doesnt mean wait 7-10 days and then ship... WTH

Great service, very fast shipping, and helpful as well. I purchased a printer from them and was having some trouble setting it up. They referred me to the instructions that I needed and offered to replace the item for me if I continued having issues.

Luckily I managed to solve the problem with their help and the return wasn't needed. I will keep an eye out for them as they've provided me with a much better experience than some of the bigger companies (you know the ones).

This marketplace retailer is selling Thurtmaster products while being an unauthorised vendor.
