We ordered from walmart an imac mini. Not only was it referbished the hard drive was defective and would not work. It was 3 days past the 30 day return policy they have because it took us forever to try to figure out what the problem was. When we could not figure it out we contacted Apple care and it was dianosed as a bad hard drive. Since we did not retun it in the 30 days for a defective device they said to bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are crooks.

This company is selling savage items . I was sold a laptop that was spray painted in the inside. This was determine by the extended warranty company. Customer is like oh well not my problem. Please don't purchase not a legit company.

Purchased a refurbished Apple MacBook Pro on the Walmart website which was fulfilled by these clowns. Less than 90 after purchasing the MacBook Pro it died. Contacted the company and I was told there is only a 30 day return window. I could have sworn I saw 1 year warranty on the product description when I purchased it, but I have no proof. Beware.

Bought a laptop for my son's birthday in March. Was shipped and made it as far as mempis. Called and was told to contact FedEx. Made a claim with FedEx. Still waiting.

I ordered a refurbished dell chromebook which I understand might come with some minor scratches but this came with a large scratch across the entire screen from one side to the other. There was also an S carved into the plastic next to the mouse pad. Not a little S but it's a good 1inX3in. Also a house carved into the top outside of the chromebook. There was zero mention of these in the descriptions which I asked why not since its very obvious. Tara with the company stated they let walmart write up the descriptions they only give them the product numbers. She stated they do not allow replacements only for me to ship it back and only at that time will I get my money to purchase another one. Thanks for ruining a Christmas gift bc I'm sure I wont have time to get another one before Christmas since Tara could not give me an approximate time it takes to get my money back. I'm on a very tight budget but will never use this company again and will complain to walmart because this is not a 3rd party seller they should allow on their site. Too bad I cant give zero stars

I would prefer to give this company no stars. I ordered the HP chromebook G6 EE (NEW) . It was advertised through a national black friday ad and sold through walmart. After getting a confirmation my order was received and shipped, I get an email stating the order was "cancelled by the customer". I NEVER cancelled the order. I believe this company deals with false advertising or they decided they might be able to get more money for the product so they are the one's who cancelled the order and tried to blame me. I wouldn't buy crap from these people. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY SUCK!

Very disappointed in this company. Bought a refurbished macbook. It lasted 35 days. Just long enough for them to tell me that I was beyond the return by date and keep my money. The computer just stops, screen goes fuzzy and it erases all work that has been done. I wouldn't trust them for any of their "certified refurbished" items. They won't last.
