I purchased a bed frame on walmart.com and it never left warehouse this company claims it was "lost in mail". They have not sent my money back nor have they cancelled this order because i can still see it on my walmart app. I am so disapointed and heartbroken i cant believe this company took my money and have yet to return it. The order was never lost in the mail they LIED they never had this product to sent out to begin with. I paid to have nothing and now i dont have a bed or food to eat. Totally heart broken completely.

Worst company ever to do business with. Product took to long to ship so we went out and got another one but not from their company. notified them we dont need it and need to return it. their offer was pay $20 to ship it back or they will credit $12 for the item. we decided what the heck and keep it. we tried to put it together but the end part is damaged and we cant set it up. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND I DONT KNOW HOW WALMART CONTINUES TO DO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS

Your product was damaged you are scamming me out of my money . Why are you naking me pay 120.00 for shipping it back? Send me a paid return label not postage due. Why did you ignore my emails and then tell Amazon it was too late to accept return. You delayed everything by ignoring multiple emails. Give me back my money. You are cheating me out of my hard earned money for a product that was missing pieces. No one should buy from you. You have terrible customer satisfaction and have not actually made actual effort to resolve your mistake. Avoid this company if you do not want cheap products.

I ordered a table and chairs, apparently it was lost in transit. They told me they'd send another. I haven't received it yet, and no refund.

Never, ever buy outside the U.S.

Scam, crap, whatever you want to call it! Tried numerous times to call customer service never once got through. They cancelled my order, without telling me and kept my money.
