Ordered a 4 pc patio rattan wicker conversation set. Took almost 2 months to receive both boxes AND when the final box arrived there were no instructions. Couldn't even assemble the first box as all hardware was in second box. i will never buy from this company again. Nowhere to locate the manual to download and assemble the furniture.
Bought a outdoor firepit and does not work. Walmart will do nothing even though it was sold through their website. BEWARE OF BUYING ANY PRODUCTS SOLD BY WALMART ONLINE for this company. Would give a negative rating to both WAMART and Company
I have just spent 2 hours for the third time trying to follow up an order place Apr.2 - and charged to my account that date!- The tracking system has not updated since. Efforts to chat online have failed after incredible waiting period. Efforts to contact Walmart Décarie Montréal: phone never answered beyond recorded intro. This is the second time a problem. The first time my order was released at pick-up to someone - again tracking service faulty; did not advise goods arrived - finally demanded a refund.
The customer service is terrible. I will assume this is a very shady business just by the response I received. They did not create a label for the return and offered my $4 to keep it. I do not trust that they will refund anything once I ship it back. Do not order from Topbuy, Inc as any reviews have stated.
We ordered a kitchen table and when we got it the table already had dents in the frame, every chair wobbles, and paint had already wore away and was spotty. Terrible quality and have told everyone I know how terrible this company is. Customer service is also rude and inconsiderate. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS
If I could do negative stars, I would!!! Please please please DO NOT use this company! We ordered a kids ride on Jeep for my twins birthday. Delivery was set for the Wednesday before their Sunday birthday. On Wednesday, 2 wheels showed up and nothing else. I checked tracking and it stated that it was still set for "by end of day" Wednesday. When the rest did not show up on Wednesday, I again checked tracking and it now stated "Delayed". Once I went the the Fedex website and entered the tracking number directing into that system, it stated that a label had been made, but no product ever sent. I contacted Walmart and fought with them for hours that day. I also emailed the company back directly and kept getting scripted emails back asking me to keep waiting. "It should be the soon". I finally got my money back, thank god! I did not receive any product for their birthday, but received a product from Amazon within 2 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! I have contacted the BBB about them, and have request Walmart remove them from their site.
Ordered table for huge party and it arrived days after the event, know I'm getting the run around trying to return it. Walmart.com is NOT the same as Amazon!!! Walmart.com will NOT take back items from third party sellers and as you can see this company has a one star rating. If this was Amazon no matter what I go to Kohls Department store drop it off and BOOM its done no matter who you bought it from! BUYS BEWERE USE AMAZON SO MUCH EASIER ........
Same as all above people - ordered product, said shipping label was created and problem with third party seller. UPS Tracking number sent but UPS has no package information. Currently filing a complaint with Walmart customer service. If I can I will rate negative 5 star, so irresponsible.

Wish I could indicate minus star rating ordered patio umbrella on May 30, 2021 was told would arrive between June 3 and 14 on May 31, 2021 received email order had been shipped and was given tracking number due to arrive June 3, 2021 never arrived. On June 15, 2021 called Walmart to complain they spoke with Topbuy and told them it was shipped already should arrive in 24 to 48 hours for delivery. Received email from Topbuy and was told item was on way should arrive by June 20, 2021 it was a problem with the logistics company who had picked up item but did not send from their warehouse. When I went back to track order online notice item was delayed appeared next to Walmart order number. On June 23, 2021 contacted them again told item was not picked up by shipper I requested expedited delivery by June 26, 2021 received an email reply unable to provide expedited shipping but item was enroute now should arrive in next 14 days refund me $30.00. Sent an email through Walmart asking for status update on my order was told forwarded to Topbuy who replied order was lost in pickup they couldn't fix problem and would refund my money . No customer service doubt they ever had the product in stock and received no customer support from Walmart Canada. Will not orderonline from Walmart in future,

I ordered an item & was promptly charged. Rcvd. notification that it was shipped & given a tracking number, w/ a delivery date. Next, the delivery date was actually changed to an earlier date. Tracking indicated it had left via UPS and would arrive at my home on 4/5/21. (Tracking from Ontario, CA to southwestern ME.) It never arrived & I was then informed it would not arrive until six days later. Requested a credit for the full amount billed. Rcvd. an e-m asking if I would accept an $8.00 credit & wait for delivery or wanted full credit. Sent back "full credit." Cheeze!!!!
I ordered set of 4 bar chairs on 12/2 and they charged me and sent printed ship info to UPS. Amazon states WILL ARRIVE TOMORROW, with note that if it doesn't arrive by tomorrow 12/18, I am able to change order or refund. So on 12/14 I ordered another set of 4 chairs, which I thought was a different company to have them shipped to address of event. Again, my card was billed for full cost on Amazon by seller and they sent label to FEDEX, but no merchandise. I think this outfit needs a forensic accounting audit. How many customers in a day would net you a decent operating profit by holding their funds for 30+ days in your accounts... hmmmmmm... It's not holiday issues either..... sounds like a cash flow issue being creatively managed. Next task will be to make some calls.
Horrible horrible customer service . I ordered an item November 30 for a Christmas present, and now here it is December 15 and it’s still sitting. They immediately charged my card , printed the label and didn’t ship it . They said “due to the holidays” but nobody else I’ve ordered from had a problem shipping my items in a timely manner . Just absolutely ridiculous
