Through Walmart, I ordered a beauty product sold by TopBoutitique. It had good reviews and a return policy. When I received it, I found that it was made in China (it was not disclosed in the information provided by TopBoutique) and decided not to use it because of my concern that it could be not safe for my skin. The return policy recommended contacting the Seller. I contacted the TopBoutique and had a response from an illiterate person with name Amy who tried to convince me that the product was safe and I should keep it or sell it to somebody. Also, if I want a refund, it would be a small portion of what I paid. Again, I asked about a full refund, and in response, Amy suggested returning that product to walamrt (her spelling). In the future, I won't buy anything from TopBoutique.

This brand is literally a Joke, the quality is horrible and only works for one use. I received a portable blender and immediately had to email (a very unprofessional) customer service, I reviewed a new one, which has packaging that was very damaged, the new one worked once and is now not working. I am a college student and cannot afford the amount of food it wastes every time I try to use it and it all of a sudden is broken. It is so ridiculous. I really like giving companies the benefit of the doubt, but I am very disappointed and would give negative stars if I could.

I ordered an order and still haven’t received it after 2 months and they refuse to refund me. If I could give negative stars I would. I will be reporting them to Walmart

Have been waiting almost 6 weeks for my sons gaming headset. Shows that shipping label has been created but not actually shipped. Crooks!

Do not order from them. I ordered an iPad cover that was suppose to come in a week and didn't show up for over a month. iPad are expensive and I needed it protected so I bought one from someone else. This cover finally appeared but now I don't need it and they won't let me return it. What a rip off

They sent me a text explaining how long it might take and how it was going to be delivered. First thing I don't have a clue what are you order from the stupid company how much it is and I'm lost. I've learned so many things in the last couple weeks with so much problems from other companies that haven't fulfilled it promises. I don't know maybe I'll receive something and I don't remember ordering oh well be safe

placed my order on May 4. Was supposed to receive order May 21. Planning to request a refund if not received today May 22.

Horrible company! I bought items a month ago. The label was created the day I bought them. Still hasn't been sent! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Walmart. I sure hope Walmart stops business this these scammers!

I ordered an item. Got an email saying it would arrive between 4/23 - 4/29. It's 5/7 and no sign of it. No email telling me anything. All I can do is a chat with Walmart and wait 2 hours for a response. Based on the other reviews, I can tell this is a piece of crap business, and so is Walmart for being a part of it,

I ordered a baby Anti-flathead pillow-grey. Could you please tell me when I might receive this. Our baby will be born soon and I want to make sure it arrives on time. Please call me if necessary at 501-865-2341. It said I would receive it between Apr 2 - Apr 8th. I haven't received anything saying it has been shipped.

Do not purchase from this company. They will not give you a full refund. They basically call you stupid when you don't receive their product and request and refund from them. Horrible customer service and no number to call. Or email to contact them.

This company is nothing but scumbags I bought a plasma candle lighter and it was badly damage they said send my a replacement never got it I will never buy anything on the Walmart marketplace ever again it’s eBay from now on!!!!! I wish I could this company 0 star’s they are nothing but scammers.

This company is definitely a subpar business! Materials advertised are not materials received. Sam returns your contacts with keeping the item(s) plus a small monetary amount. THE WORST PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE E-V-E-R!

I ordered a crappy waist trainer it was thin and to short and curled at the top. So I emailed and requested for a refund and the damn man gone ask me if I would take 3.00 to keep the product...NO DUMB BITCH I DONT WANT 3.00 for a 12.99 refund you fucking slut-shamed I want my mom then he gone say you can give it to a friend if I don’t want this shit what makes you think my fucking friends want it go fuck yourself and send my 12.99 and if I could rate 0 I would FYI.
