I ordered 2 geared & 1 flat belt. I received an email saying there was a note to my order, no note that I noticed until day of delivery. There was only 1 flat belt. I contacted company, they said that's what I ordered. Well since I didn't get the geared belts I asked if they could charge my card the difference and send me the geared. No they wouldn't, I would have to return all 3 belts and order the ones I wanted. But I didn't have 3 belts to return, so they shipped 2 flat belts expecting me to mail them back, but they won't pay for return shipping, plus now it had been more than 15 day return. So, lesson learned not to do business with this company ever again!!
I agree with other posts....this company are crooks. Sent a defective knockoff bissel part and would only refund partial, lied that it was broken, lied and made excuses then told if I removed negative review they would give a full refund after negative review was removed. Not removing negative feedback for these crooks. Amazon paid the remainder and my complaint stands.

They advertise they have products. Tell you they are being shipped and then cancel the order because they really don’t have the parts.
Sent me the wrong item, now they won't return emails or calls...Walmart should be held responsible since I bought it through their site but they are doing nothing
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - ordered vacuum bags from this seller and they never delivered even though they said it was shipped! Going to contact my credit card company. I should have checked out the reviews for this seller prior to ordering.
Product delivered is not part number I ordered. Emailed and called this company without success. Product packaging was terrible as item delivered was smashed in a damaged envelope.

they are crooks, everyone has the same opinion, I ordered 4 filters and got 2, they wanted pictures for the 2 , the e mail of the company rejected the email of the pictures. I couldn't understand the indian from India, then called amazon and the lady, from the Philippines, barely helped me, this is why you don't order from 3rd parties. They probably figured, how far would I go to get back half of the $29, I spent. Do the math , if 50,000 people were shorted 14 dollars that is $700000 so I put $1000 of time and effort and aggravation to get back $14, they reasoned, you wont, and that is their business. Amazon should be ashamed, cant you hire a call center in the USA. So I would feel I had a trusted source to help me There is no zero stars. This much negativity should warrant expulsion from the site
dont buy from this fake company, just call the 24/7 customer service # and find out its fake.

I ordered the wrong part. I've have emailed the address provided 7 times, called and left messages. No response at all. I would have ordered the correct part through them, but I will not now due to horrible customer "no" service. Website claims 100% customer satisfaction, yeah right.

I ordered a 3 pack of filters for my vacuum cleaner. I received ONE filter. I have been trying to contact the company through the Walmart.com site. It has been 5 days and 3 messages sent. Each time I'm told I should get a response in 24 hrs. I'm thinking I'll never get the filters or a refund for the missing two.
Worst company ever, to do business with. They sent the wrong part, with no Bill of Sale in the package, and with no way to contact them. However, I ordered their product through Wal-Marts website. Furthermore, if Wal-Mart is trying to imitate Amazon's business practices, by having 3rd party vendors, they are failing miserably. Take my advice and beware, order all of your items from Amazon...
Very unhappy with this company, not even worthy of one star. I ordered a vacuum part (according to their computer ) said would fit my vacuum. It did not fit and I contacted them right away. We have gone back and forth over "who's not at fault". They do not think it's their fault. Basically, no refund offered and I needed to PUT it in my vacuum correctly. There is only one way to place this part and it doesn't fit. They are very rude and unwilling to work with me. I'm more mad and disappointed in their unfriendly, no service attitude. The part is cheap...so it's more my time and energy on this has. I wanted to let other people know not to expect good customer service from this company. And buyer beware...I actually ordered thru Amazon. I left a very bad review on there also. If they want to be in business; they need to change the way they treat their "bread and butter". Okay, I've spent enough time on this. Good luck.
I'm also VERY unhappy with this company -- I ordered some vacuum bags from them (thru WalMart.com). I paid the extra $12 to get them shipped right away -- to arrive in 2 days, as I was completely out and was having company. They were paid for and promised to arrive on the day I needed them, but tracking info indicated they would arrive 2 MORE days after that... I called WalMart several times, they tried calling the company 3 times -- no answer -- I did the same 3 times, and left a message for them to call me. Both WalMart and I ALSO Emailed them, and no response that way either.... So I do NOT recommend them to anyone. And another crazy thing -- when you get their answering machine, it says their phone hookup is thru Magic Jack, very weird !!
All that being said -- at least they did arrive on the later date, and were the correct ones for my vacuum. However, that's the ONLY reason they're getting 1 Star from me !!

Received incorrect random part, correct order still ( a month now) in transit and as others have stated contacting seller by mail locks up and phone number is answered by a service who tells you to use the Walmart website

....same here. I'm going to call the credit card company (WalMart Mastercard) and enter a dispute for the payment on this item. These idiots sent the wrong part, and when I click "returns" on walmart.com,, the screen freezes up. If Mastercard refuses to work this dispute, it's very easy to simply cancel the card.
Do yourself a favor, and either order from Amazon Prime (they accept returns and send you a prepaid shipping label), or order straight from the company that made the vacuum cleaner. (they know what the correct part number is.)
