Tonersworld Inc

Ordered items were not delivered on time. When contacted, Tonersworld Inc said they missed the committed delivery date because of a holiday. They did not offer to overnight ship the item or otherwise expedite. They sent me a USPS tracking number. When I tracked the package, USPS indicated the tracking number had been created but USPS did not receive the actual package for another day ... three days after the original committed delivery date.

Ordered items were not delivered. Tonersworld Inc did not reply quickly. Walmart.com TWICE could not contact them by phone. Tonersworld Inc did not offer to replace lost shipment, they merely suggested I contact post office. Tonersworld Inc severely let me down, but Walmart.com made good and gave me a refund. I'm surprised this seller is still a Walmart.com marketplace partner. Wish I could rate zero stars.

I bought an item at walmart. com thinking I was buying from Walmart and they will not take the item back because I have to go through this 3rd party company. I cannot find information about them to return my item. Buyers Beware when buying through walmart.com to see where your item is coming from!!!

This is not a company you wish to deal with . I have a clock that does not work and returns dept. will not send me a return shipping label . Girl working in returns dept. said i needed to take pictures of the clock not working , how do i do that ??? Very poor customer service !! Will never deal with this company again . Really wanted to give a rating of 0 stars but , it would not let me.
