DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER.. They sent me a damaged product via Walmart. I returned it and received confirmation from UPS and Walmart that the product was received by the seller. I was refunded, and then Walmart charged me again because the seller stated (after they and UPS had confirmed they received the product) that the product was not received. The whole process has been baffling. I am now filing a dispute with Amex. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER.

Buyer beware! Do not use this seller. Unprofessional, rude, nasty, sarcastic correspondence when contacted about a shipping issue and advising the seller the item is not deliverable because of their shipping miscommunication. No resolution, just horrible email correspondence, accepting no responsibility, and he told me “DON’T BOTHER ME ANYMORE”! No worries. I won’t. Unfortunately Walmart uses them as a third party. I have never received such horrendous customer service. TOKTOKBOX.COM would not resolve the problem. Appalling disrespectful customer service. When USPS returned the item to the seller, I notified the seller again, requesting the credit refund. His reply: “NO! It was your fault”. He laughed when I emailed back that his actions are fraudulent. Fortunately Walmart took action.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not use this seller. Contacted them regarding a shipping issue. I have never received such nasty, disrespectful, and unprofessional correspondence (filled with grammar and spelling errors also) than I have from this seller who absolutely refused to provide a resolution and told me to “STOP BOTHERING ME”. Have reported them to walmart who unfortunately uses them as a third party and canceling my credit card payment as my items will never be able to be delivered to me. DO NOT USE.

I wish I go back to the day I decided to buy my product through Walmart but sold by toktokbox. I bought a $47 shampoo and conditioner Sebastian brand and I’ve never receive the package. I contact Walmart they said to contact the store what I did and they said I should contact usps and this would be the only thing they would do. The thing is I did everything I could to try to track the package with no success. They were no polite, no professional and very sarcastic at the email they sent to me. SO PLEASE DON’T BUY WITH THOSE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

I returned the product in perfect condition, unopened, and the way I received it, and they refuse to send a refund. Very unprofessional dealings and e-mails. Very poor business management. I will contact Walmart and the Better Business Bureau. So sorry to have purchased and done business with this firm.

I purchased Nioxin System 4 cleaner @Scalp Therapy @ 44.99 ordered from Walmart who bought from you/ TokTokBox/ Basically a third party, ! Bottom line here, Nioxin wants nothing to do with third party distributors- Wal-Mart is advertising they indeed have the product/ they are shipping under your name with Wal-Mart typed after it- I’m from the transportation industry I understand how this is done, my hair began falling out in patches and unfortunately no one is taking responsibility for it. I want to be reimbursed for the product I bought please:

I have tried several times to contact this company since April and I contacted them again and they were very RUDE letting me know that it has been several months but I have contacted and they pretty much said too bad No REFUND I will also be Submitting a BBB Complaint. "Please do not bother us", this was a response from TokTokBox.com. STAY AWAY FROM TOKTOKBOX.COM - The hairspray I purchased on-line was not what was mailed to me, totally different line. I returned to Wal-Mart with the three items and was told I was required to work directly with the third party vendor. I was assisted by a Wal-Mart Customer Service Rep, I presented the receipt for three cans of hairspray and the representative boxed the three cans, sealed them and printed the return label. I mailed them and also contacted TokTokBox.com directly and was called a liar. They responded they only received one of the three cans, there's no way since they were all boxed at the same time together. I do not appreciate THEIR unprofessional response nor them calling me a liar and threatening to report fraud to Wal-Mart. I have never received such offensive, absurd service and been frustrated beyond belief. Save yourself the frustration, aggravation and the chance of assault. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR.

They will not contact you unless they want to belittle you. After arguing with them I sent them pictures of THEIR mistake and they say and I quote Oh that’s an old picture! Admitting your wrong and still so rude. AND, WHY do you have 1 number to contact only? It must be somebody’s cell phone because when you look up the 1 number they have it doesn’t even come up on Google as a business. 240-293-0350?? How can you even sell on Wal-Mart with horrible customer service and a cell phone? Don’t buy from this company. There are So many more with reputable customer service and a phone number that’s listed as a real business.
