I recently purchased a gift for my granddaughter thru Walmart of which this company is a vendor.
The item arrived with pieces missing even though the package was in good condition.
After trying to contact TKT Trading twice and getting no response I contacted Walmart to try resolve the issue.
All I asked TKT was what can be done about it. This is poor business not even to receive a response. I suggested that Walmart think twice about using them as a vendor.
I have ordered two barbie jeeps from this company, first one came to us broken, second one came to us broken. I'm wondering if they all anything NOT broken.
I ordered 3 of the Barbie furniture sets. Upon opening the box, the products were there, but so was an open razor blade! They offered an apology, but I would not feel comfortable ordering from them again. Absolutely terrifying had one of my young children opened this box!
Do not buy from them. Since I was ordering from Walmart's site, I assumed they stood behind whatever was being sold. WRONG. If you have any problems, you are responsible for paying (and insuring) for the return and then this company can decide how much they want to refund you. I ordered doll house furniture from them and they sent me a cheaper product that did not include the accessories but charged me the higher price. Not only will I never order from them again, but I will also never order from Walmart again since I don't know what company will be shipping the items.
same here- walmart wont take returns and phone number is out of order to try to reach them. Walmart shouldnt sell on their site if not willing to do customer service. or at least have a disclaimer by each item not covered at all by walmart.com
I ordered for Christmas present from Walmart.com . Had no idea it was third party. Took to Walmart store to return and they made me aware of that. Said they can’t refund me. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS AGAIN!!! Had no idea it was not Walmart since I did order from Walmart. Com. Walmart should take responsibility. This is crazy. It’s a scam company in my opinion!!!!
I order a toy through walmart from this business . It never arrived . Walmart can't get ahold of them and says they can't do anything . Beware
