Worst customer service ever. Got a set which was defective, if it wasn't for Walmart I would have definitely been ripped off.

Order 4 tires only received 2, however fedex had shipping status as dropped all 4 in front of my house. I haven’t been able to reach anyone to find out where the other set is. I am very disappointed and needed tires bad. If we weren’t in a state of this Covid-19, I would have personally went out and purchased the tires in person

I made an order last night for Achilles tires 4 brand new. After clicking to order the tires i quickly realized they were the wrong size. I immediately sent an email asking Tires Service to stop the order since they are the wrong size. This morning i got an email stating that the tires have shipped already. So I called 724-686-3850 and the number just goes into voicemail. So i kept calling cause someone sent me an email. Finally Mark answered the phone. He was friendly and professional and said that i would have to contact Fed-Ex to have them cancel the order and stated an email was sent to me. I waited about thirty minutes after hanging up with Mark and no email. I called again three times and Mark answered again. Explained i got no email Mark provided the Fed-Ex tracking number over the phone. I called Fed-Ex and they tell me hey we haven't even picked this package up and only a label has been created and that the shipper would have to cancel the label and that i could cancel once it gets to the Fed-Ex location. (this is where thing get crazy!) Called Mark back and explained above. He accused me of calling him a liar which those words never came out of my mouth. I understood his business process as he explained several times. I explained several times i understood and that he is not understanding me. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL THE SHIPMENT! He expected me to believe that this company is a massive tire distributor when this guy is a tire broker. He cant help because he gets a percentage of what you pay for giving your order to either the manufacturer or wholesale in PA. He could care less about the customers that are using his services and will not lift a finger to assist you with your purchase. I wonder if this is what they teach at Westmoreland County Community College?

Ordered two tires from Walmart.com from this vendor. They only shipped one and no response from Tire Insider when I emailed about my order. Called Walmart, they were helpful and refunded my money on the missing item.
Ordered 4 tires from Tire Insider, received them Feb. 4. Tires were for my Spark. They sent tires for a truck. Could only contact them through email. Their first email back, although admitted to the mistake, their only concern was what size tires I had received. After 24 hours, I was hoping they had sent out my correct tires; No. Next response was wanting to know what make the tires were. After another 24 hours, they sent an email informing me that I was had been correct an the tires wrong. Still, no mention of whether my tires had been sent out. I emailed them demanding my tires or a refund. Monday, they informed me tires would be picked up and correct tires delivered Tuesday. Tuesday wrong tires were picked up, no tires delivered. Was told I'd get them Wednesday. Wednesday I was told I'd get them Thursday. Finally, got them Thursday. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH TIRE INSIDER AGAIN!!! Wish I could give no stars.
I was charged full price for tires I NEVER received. They refuse to contact me or provide a refund. Unacceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought tires from them on Amazon 4 NEW tires sent me tires that were manufactured in 2017 selling tires that are 2 half years old
Terrible. I ordered a set of tires because my size tires aren’t available in my area. This company sent them via fedex with the requirement that I be at home to sign for them in order for delivery. This was not indicated before the purchase. I have a normal Monday-Friday job and I’m unable to be here during the hours fedex would be. The closest fedex location to me is 2 hours away. I had to return to sender through fedex and fast lane charged a restocking fee and will not respond to my multiple emails.
Ordered studded snow tires from them. Not a stud to be seen. Site and shipping stated "Studded snow tires" Sending al 4 back.

ordered tires & they put several shipping labels on the package so they couldn't deliver. after 10 days with no tire I started checking. sent me from shipper to 3rd party vendor to vendor. never received any satisfaction only a severe run around. STAY AWAY. they don't know anything about customer service!
fantastic fast shipping, at my house on the third day, absolutely lowest price anywhere on the internet. no problem mounting or balancing. AAA+
Avoid this vendor if possible. I found the same tires for over $100 less shipped, and they wouldn’t even try to price match or even PARTIAL price match. They said I could return tires at my expense. I’ve never dealt with a company who puts so little effort into customer service in my life! Never again!
