I don't even believe this TippiPaws company exists. There is no TippiPaws website on the first page of a google search. We ordered an item which I can not find on line under walmart marketplace sellers (wmtsellers.com) - TippiPaws. We got an email from walmart.com that had a tracking number and a total owed. The tracking number came in our USPS mail as a regular legal sized white envelope with a USPS package label with the tracking number for the item ordered on the front. Inside the envelope was a generic letter with no name, no order number, and a request for feedback after we receive the order. I will pursue this with walmart to try and get a refund.

Selling an item they don't actually have in stock and can't get from any vendor. Instead of automatically refunding me, they sent an email saying I should request a refund. Ridiculous. I addressed directly through Walmart and suggested the look at all these negative reviews and address accordingly.

check the prices on amazon before ordering with them via the walmart site. i just paid TWICE the going price for a toy--mad2 -- they get the highway robbery ZERO star

DO NOT use this company!!! I agree with the previous reviewer that this company should be reported to the attorney general!!! It's a scam with difficulty in reaching them and talking to a representative. I will be sure to watch for them as a 3rd party company!! If the rating scale had a zero, that would be my rating!!

I ordered my item and was provided tracking information. The tracking information stated that the item was delivered. After e-mails with Wal-Mart, and then this "company," I was informed that the item wasn't even shipped. The question becomes "did they knowingly falsify a tracking number?" If so, along with their other actions, they should be shut down by their State's Attorney General's Office for violations of the Consumer Protection Act.

Posted items that they don't actually have in stock. I suppose they can be given credit for addressing this in a timely manner and canceling my order... but disappointing and unprofessional. It begs the question if TippiPaws sets up "clickbait" items on search engines to increase traffic for Walmart and Amazon.
