Bought vacuum bags from them, one never showed and the other was not what I ordered. After several back and forths of 'past the return window' (according Walmart it was not) and 'not going to fully refund you' they finally did, thankfully.

Terrible customer service. Despite the global pandemic, I am unable to return an item I purchased 46 days ago. I tried to return it to Walmart directly once our stay at home order was lifted, but I was told I had reach out to the seller directly. I did that, and that was when I got several passive aggressive replies about how I should have returned it within 30 days (despite the global pandemic).

Ordered some vacuum bags from the through Walmart marketplace and the items never got delivered even though the tracking said it was delivered. I contacted Tidy Vacuums and they told me I need to call my local post office. I told them I have tried and they don’t answer their phone and it’s during a pandemic so I am not leaving my house to go to a post office to check with them. I asked Tidy Vacuums to reach out to the post office or refund my money. They declined both and said that since it shows it was delivered they will not refund my money. Right, because packages never get lost in the mail or get delivered to the wrong address ever. Horrible customer service .

I bought 2 power switches for my dyson vacuum cleaner. The parts I received were not the same brand as pictured and described. They were aftermarket not OEM.
