For five months, April through September, I’ve dealt with Thor International on a unit that never worked. Each technician visit left it still broken, and the last time, the unit was smoking. Their technician repeatedly confirmed it couldn’t be repaired, yet no replacement came. Instead, I was told to find and pay my own technician for reimbursement. Another visit would be pointless after all that. I only gave one star because the system required a minimum of one. I truly hope Thor improves their service and accountability for others.
