Thought I’d get my children a Trampoline for Christmas and got the most disgusting thing ever. Made contact with Think Fish, they sent a 3rd box and again, TRASH! Springs and Safety Net missing, then nothing was attaching. Think Fish had the nerve to offer me $20 to buy my children a gift, then when I refused, they offered to take $50 from my total. Ummm excuse me, this junk was $534, please just refund all my cash. It’s definitely not worth it, Save Your Cash!

Walmart was not helpful in finding my order, customer service is terrible. No help . Think Fish never answered either. FedEx generated a slip but the trampoline has never been delivered. No answer and my grandson doesn’t have his gift.

Main parts missing for my trampoline paid 600 dollars and missing the springs safety net and back board for hoop

Added to previous rating I paid 600.00 for a trampoline and got a 200 dollar trampoline very pissed off!!

I ordered a yorin 15 ft trampoline with lights, sprinkler system and basketball hoop, and I got a pile of crap that has none of what ordered or even close to what I ordered!!!! Very passed off this was ordered for a birthday party for this weekend!!! Now can't even do that!!

Bought a trampoline through Walmart and they aren't shipping the item, even though it was supposed to be here two days ago. They aren't answering their phones and reviews every where are saying that they ship missing pieces, missing instructions, and so on.

Same story , bought trampoline , requestedcorrect parts, getting nothing but double talk half- ass company , dont f..k with these whatever they are

No instructions and I was missing parts. Unable to get anyone on the phone

Seller will not answer the phone regardless of the time of day, they do not respond to emails. Seller can't be reached via walmart either.

Trampoline never arrived due to ' shipping damage.' Disputed with Walmart customer res team, I've talked to 9 people and no notes or anything seem to be taken until I started getting mad and being rude with them. Now finally I'm getting some results but Walmart isnt very willing to assist without being pushed.

The reference numbers the 1st few people gave me were bogus and the account team had never escalated the situation.

Do yourself a favor and don't order from this seller.

Ordered this trampoline for my kids . Received order and was missing pieces and the pieces that did arrive were damaged. Tried returning to Walmart in store and was told I had to return to seller. Wasn't able to get in contact with seller so I had to contact 1-800-Walmart and they weren't very much help either. Been trying to return this product for over a week now and still haven't had any luck. Looks like I'm out $400.00. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received a trampoline (which if assembled incorrectly can be very dangerous to young users) with no instructions. Would offer 0 stars if possible. Called a phone number and emailed with no support. Do not purchase from this vender!
