My book recently appeared on WalMart being sold by this company that won't return my phone calls or emails.

I believe they are getting copies from Ingram Spark, who also can't seem to return an email and does not have a phone number.

If this company doesn't pay me or call me by tomorrow I will have 20K people all over social media talking about them.

Meanwhile, enjoy my book at online at Barnes and Noble.

I encouraged WalMart to drop them as vendors.

WalMart gave me a refund while these idiots gave me the runaround for weeks.

They're the worst. They supposedly shipped my book but it hasn't moved in two weeks and they refuse to check into it and refuse to cancel my order. There's no phone number too contact them. The book was for a class it was $40

I have tried to return the book I ordered as I had already received a copy from another friend. Walmart returns said I could return via FedEx or USPS. However, when I went to return the FedEx business wasn't able to use QR code. So, I went to Walmart and they said they would re-issue a return requested label in order for me to return the book. Then Walmart said they could not do this. I phoned Walmart and requested a refund for the book and return shipping label. The gentleman I spoke with said I did not need to return and that Walmart would issue me a refund. Today I received a message from this company saying that I need to return this book at my expense and no refund will be issued until they receive the book. This is a huge run-around, and I feel Walmart needs to discontinue using this company to provide books to their customers. I give Zero stars!

I ordered a book via Walmart, Bookpro is obviously the vendor. The book was ordered on 1/3/22, today is 1/18/22 and I still have not received the book. I haver been communicating with their customer service dept. via e-mail. Does anyone have a phone # for Bookpros? Thus far, I will give them a 2 star, and that maybe a little high, but we will see how things finally pan put.

I bought two grammar books from Amazon. Due to severe shipping delays, I canceled my order and ordered them from Wal-Mart instead.

At the time I didn't realize my Wal-Mart order was outsourced to a third party.

My two grammar books were shipped fairly fast separately, and both were placed in a very thin, plastic, non-padded bag.

The correct books arrived. The covers on both books are badly dinged up though.

I don't know how much better they would have faired through Amazon. For they have bubble padded shipping now and have stopped using boxes, from what their packaging advertises.

To me, printed books deserve better treatment. It's wrong for a company to assume how a customer values the product they purchased. Not everyone is careless and creases the book spines, creases pages, and throws out the book after they are done with it. Some people value their books, and the books still look brand new, after many years of use.

TERRIBLE seller- bought a book on Walmart from The Book Pros. The book never showed up. I called to follow up and they said the book is out of stock. They cancel the order and immediately raised the price with item back in stock. WTF??????? So just purchased it from Amazon.

I ordered a book through Walmart and Book Pros was the third party vendor. I found the book somewhere else for $10 less so I sent Book Pros an email to cancel the order. They acknowledged the email but then shipped the item anyway. To add insult to injury they then shipped me the wrong book. They did not respond to numerous emails requested a return shipping label, a refund and cancellation of the original order. I contacted Walmart to see what I should do and Walmart immediately issued a return mail label and refunded my money. I also filed a complaint with Walmart regarding this company. Walmart's customer is great. I am sorry I can't say the same about Book Pros. Stay away from this company unless you want a lot of frustration.

Rip off. Returned a wrong item. They held for 14 day quarantine and then said it was too late to credit. Then refused to return. Rip off. Next time I deal with Amazon and not the Waltons

Ordered 2 children traveling books. It was supposed to take longer than 2 weeks to arrive. Such a misrepresentation of delivery time, since I bought it through Walmart, and Walmart delivers everything in 2 days. Dear Walmart, please don't ruin your reputation by representing this unprofessional company. How can anything travel 2 weeks in the US??

I am totally upset with this company!!!! I ordered "My First I Can Learn Greek Book of Coloring For Kids : 3 5 years preschool words coloring collection for children (Paperback)" and received The Florentine Codex.... How are these two books even similar... I have a. package confirmation that I got the book I ordered from Walmart but it wasn't the book I ordered. This is absurd. I have had to jump through hoops for over a month with no resolution!

I ordered an adult coloring book and half of the pages of this poorly put together piece of **** were either blurry or non-existent. This is the worst product I have ever bought in my entire life! ...I wish I could give negative stars!! Such garbage!!!

These are the worst sellers ever. Do not buy from them! They cancelled the order that I had and raised the price to sell to others. Even after claiming they had none in stock they continue to sell on the website. Walmart said they did not have time to update the stock amount to zero but they had time to increase the price.

Ordered a calendar Dec 12th. Shipped on Dec 15th. It was received January 11th. I am sure some of the delay was due to COVID. Packages should be sent USPS from the beginning not a third party delivery company. I don’t believe I will order in the future.

I recently order 2 adult coloring books from you/wAlmart.. I have never felt so cheated, scaammed......these "Voliring bookss" look like someone sketched real quick n ran off copies which by the way are very POOR QUALITY, its terrible how u FOOL, CHEAT PEOPLE THAT ARE ON FIXED INCOME...IT WAS A SPKURGEEE FOR ME.. I purchased a "book" for my grand daughter for her new Guinea pig for $9.58 plus tax, paperback, I received in mail a pamphlet with information on it with a cover with a picture of a guinea pig on it, Are you kidding me!!!!! I read through "so called book" and it was basic with general information, SHAME ON YOU, I will not purchase from this company and will let EVERYONE I know about this company
