Bought unlocked cell phone as gift. I ordered early to ensure it would be delivered well before day. Phone was completely defective and would not turn on or charg. Offered a replacement instead of my money back because it was beyond 30 day. No such 30 day limit on Wal-Mart. Deserve refund not replacement for a defective phonre
This was the absolute worst experience ever that I have had dealing with a phone/tablet. I received an item that won't even work with my carrier. It is like throwing away $340.00 dollars. I am sick the stress has been terrible for the last three weeks. BEWARE BUYERS
Purchased an LG V50 5G smartphone from Wireless Circle on 11/2020, ~$300. At the time I was not aware of VoLTE compliance required by ATT, TMobile and Verizon. This phone is not VoLTE compliant and will be obsolete on 3/1/2022, even though it is 5G. Contacted Wireless Circle who initially said that the phone would work. After providing them with articles from ATT and TMobile, they agreed that it would not work and offered a return. I ordered a replacement phone, packed up my V50 and contacted Wireless Circle for a return order number. THEY DENIED MY REQUEST. THEY RENEGED ON THEIR PROMISE. This was 2 weeks after they originally agreed to compensate me. Liars and cheats. Sold me an obsolete phone then reneged on their promise to take it back.
Don't purshase from this seller they don't offer warranty I'm returning my phone .Better buy it somewhere
Purchased a phone description said phone is unlocked and works with T-Mobile. Does not work with T-Mobile. T-Mobile says phone incompatible. Past 30 days cannot return.
Bought a Nest system from Walmart.com and they were the 3rd party sellers. The item was delayed a week, then another day, and then it said it was “delivered,” which it wasn’t. I’m afraid they are a scam as others noted.
Purchased cell phone from Wireless Circle, phone began "giltching" 3 months after purchase. Contacted seller and they stated that they only offer a 30 warranty and we would have to take the phone somewhere local and have it repaired! Really, after only owning the new phone for 3 months! Yep guys, buyer beware!! Never purchase from such a shabby business!!!
