Awful. Absolutely terrible. Item was incorrectly listed with walmart. Upon arrival of package I noticed this is not what I ordered at all. Tried to return and was told to send back and that maybe/maybe not I would receive refund. Scam artists.
Awful customer service. I placed an order for an axe and within less than an hour I canceled my order. Found a better deal elsewhere. Send my cancel request and get the email that it will be reviewed. WELL IT NEVER GOT REVIEWED. They charged me and mailed the axe 2 DAYS LAYER ANYWAYS.
Now I have no way of returning it without being charged for a restocking fee and paying shipping. Why is this MY FAULT NOW BECAUSE NO ONE REVIEWED THE ORDER BEFORE ACTUALLY SHIPPING.
Don't order from this company through WALMART, AMAZON or EBAY. They will rip you off.
