The Pixel Hub

BE CAREFUL! They are scammers, sending used parts. Do not buy nothing from they "store" : call 911.

Horrible.

Unfortunately in my review of Pixel Hub I have to go along with everyone else and give them a 2.2 or lower rating out of 5. If you order anything from them make sure you look in the box to make sure the item is the same thing as shown on the box (Example) I ordered a Bundle Nikon 5600 which turned out to have no instructions, after a few emails with Walmart they sent me a starter instruction sheet and told me the rest of the book was available online (Walmart is giving me a 5% discount for my inconvenience} and now I opened a box in the bundle that stated on the inventory sheet and the box to be a telephoto lens and it turned out to be another wide angle lens with Macro which was already inventoried with my Bundle, another email to Walmart. I think after this experience I will never again order online this amount of items, spending over $1000.00 to get so much trouble with an order.

I ordered a NEW Panasonic lense from this company and the box was clearly opened. Don't order from these scammers. They need to be shut down.

I usually don’t write reviews no matter how satisfied or dissatisfied I am, but the item I bought was sold to me as new and it is clearly nowhere near new. When I opened the bubble mailer to see my treasure, what I was greeted with was an open box that was literally covered in dirt. Not only that, whoever owned this “new” item before me just haphazardly shoved it back in the box and I’m not even sure if the box contains everything it is supposed to. Please stay away from this seller and don’t make the same mistake I did. I wish I would have read all the other reviews first.

Really disappointed with HDMI cord I ordered. I put micro end in phone and when I pulled it out the housing came off the end. No use in returning a 10.00 item and then have to pay 10.00 for shipping it. Will not order from them again.

The Pixel Hub is absolutely horrible. They never acknowledged my order. Never provided a tracking number. They didn't even have the decency to respond to my emails. The proposed delivery date has come and gone and I haven't heard a word. Seeking help from Walmart is a useless exercise. The best they could offer was to refer me back to the hapless Pixel Hub. Neither The Pixel Hub nor Walmart are worthy of my business. Never Again!

Had I known they ship by Fed Ex I would not have bought it. It reached their hub in E. St. Louis on the fifth. The hub is about five miles from my house. It is now the tenth and it is still there. Plus, in the past, on three occasions they have delivered it to the wrong address. Never again

THEY ARE A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, AND DO NOT LET THEM OFF THE HOOK SINCE THEY OBVIOUSLY SOLD YOU A BROKEN PRODUCT ON PURPOSE

BUYER BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS

Sometimes a business isn't rated on the products they sell but how they respond when a problem arises. We recently ordered a new P900 Nikon camera from the pixel hub on Walmart's site. The transaction was easy, the price was low and was advertised as new. When we received the package from FedEx the package was a wreck, the unwrapped camera fell out of the factory box, items were missing, packages opened, basically a mess. What was there seemed fine but we didn't feel it was new and maybe a previously returned or store display model. The Pixel Hub was friendly, concerned about our shipment and when we asked for a refund they promptly (a day after they received the return shipment) refunded the entire purchase price. I don't think I will order a package deal like this again, but I was please by how seriously David at the Pixel Hub took our problem and his positive attitude towards making sure we were pleased with the outcome. Well done David....

I bought a drone from Pixel Hub and it didn't work. I called them and they immediately replaced the product. I was 100% extremely happy with the support and service that I received from this company and would recomnend them to anyone.

SIX months ago my wife ordered me a drone for christmas, followed their directions in returning the package due to non working or broken items. Still havent received refund Walmart doesnt seem to care either. Stay away from these people, if anything needs returned or refunded they lie about it straight up.....

We will never do business here again.... Gonna have to drive the 45 mins to their store and deal with this.......

I purchased one of The Pixel Hut's Mavic Platinum Pro drone combos. The shipping was super fast! I had some questions about the kit and found their customer service to be very prompt and easy to work with. They have some super deals!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER

I recently purchased a Sigma lens for my DSLR. Upon purchase I found that the lens didn't work as specified. I contacted the seller and after several days of waiting they finally agreed to give me a refund. I return the item to them but because it wasn't in the original box they charged me a 20 percent restocking fee of $140. When speaking to Wal-Mart they said the seller has a habit of this which makes me question Wal-Mart's integrity, as well. There are others that have experienced the same issues...
