My IPOD nano 4 arrived in excellent shape via FedEX today. However, I was unable to sync my music into my Mac Air, Catalina OS. I called the enclosed number for free help which was IPOD SuperStore DBA The ISuperStore in Boca Raton, Fl., ordered via the Walmart.com website.
Robin took me through all the timely operational maneuvers and processes to sync my music, successfully. The music is coming in very clearly via ear plugs. This version is very good but does not have radio or camera which I did not need. She does have a higher version with radio and camera. So if your older and want an IPOD which Apple is not making anymore, buy one, sync and get out, walk and listen to your favorites during this COVID-19 virus.
