Omg these people are disgusting. My son bought me an early Mother’s Day gift l and when the package arrived, I put it to charge and immediately the phone got extremely hot, not to mention that it wouldn’t turn on….just seem like it was about to explode. He reached out to Amazon and they claim they have to reach out to the company to lodge complaint and to wait 48 hours. This company need to be reported!!!

Scam Artists. Bought smartwatch. Doesn't work. Not Amazon Prime so I need to wait a couple of days to see if they respond. Amazon will supposedly refund me if the seller doesn't respond.

Would rate minus 5 stars if I could. Didn't notice when purchasing that they have low approval rating on Amazon.

Not pleased that Amazon would even allow these "guyz" to even sell on their platform.

I wish I could give no stars, as they trick you into believing they have 80% positive reviews on Amazon, everywhere else they’re rated 1/5 stars, wouldn’t be surprised to learn that this company leaves fake 5 star reviews for themselves. SHADY.

Bought a renewed* Apple Watch Series 6 (GPS) in excellent condition from Camera Guyz on Amazon and couldn’t believe what I received, especially after an exceptional experience getting a renewed IPad mini 6in flawless (excellent condition). This Watch is far from that. I’ll begin with the most noticeable and go down to the least.

I received a Series 6, Nike sport edition, GPS + Cellular

Crown had about 1/4 of the paint, the rest was bare aluminum.

There’s a .050-.075 gap under the screen, showing it hasn’t been installed and sealed correctly

The “glass” is plastic, my screen protector got caught under one of the edges of the “glass”, bent up and separated the display from the “glass”, leaving huge air bubbles, lines and signs of delamination.

The band and charger are both un original/knock off, usb a port pulled out of the plastic casing the first time removing it from my charging block.

The screen sits so high that no case will fit it properly, microphone holes don’t line up, causing hindered performance, and the dial/crown won’t spin because the case is wedged up from extra height of the screen sticking up.

On really close inspection, it appears they used the wrong screen cover, because the edges of the screen are cut short by the black border, interfering with several wider Watch faces.

There was crud stuck behind the crown and side button, which is kind of gross considering I had to pick another personas dead skin out of my watch.

Overall, this was nothing like my first renewed purchase and would recommend people steering clear of “The Camera Guyz” on Amazon.

Do not buy from this place. They do not care if your order was delivered or not. Shipped to a UPS I did not ask for that now it is lost.

I ordered a Apple Watch series 6 it never came I contacted the seller and they was not helpful they seemed like they didn’t care. I would not order anything from this company

I recently bought an Apple Watch5 as a gift that was NOT delivered! It was an expensive item and I immediately contacted them(they only allow email). They told me they would investigate through FedEx. I was then told FedEx said it was delivered. I asked for proof or some kind of verification that the item was delivered. I emailed them several times not asking for a refund , but to please replace the item. Needless to say, I never received the watch nor a refund nor an explanation or proof of delivery. This company has the absolute WORSE customer service!! I am an unhappy customer and wouldn’t recommend you order anything of value unless you can afford to lose your money. I believe I was part of a scam by this company. Camera Guyz gets a huge thumbs down with no rating at all. Don’t do it from a company that doesn’t honor their customers.
