I ordered a computer harddrive. It arrived wrapped in 1 layer of bubble-warp and shoved in a smallest box possible. Pathetic. This is the sloppiest, dumbest shipment I've ever experienced. If it works I'll be amazed but even if it turns on what kind of life can I expect from it considering that the box it came in was trashed. The only upside of this purchase is knowing to avoid this seller. But who exactly is this seller - it didn't come from a company called TeleDirect, but some other small business. Still TeleDirect's problem though since they should be monitoring the quality of sales they hand off to others. And how do I know that the OEM warranty is in effect? This was a Western Digital harddrive and Walmart is listed as an authorized seller, but TeleDirect and whoever they handed the sale off to are not authorized sellers. So sloppy shipping and the loss of warranty. NEVER AGAIN!
