TekReplay

I bought a computer that kept shutting down. Refurbished is supposed to mean in working order. The logic board needed to be replaced and cost an additional 222 dollars and now the battery. Tekreplay sells pure garbage and I have the proof reached out did not want to fix the issue.

Looking at the webpage now makes me wonder the legitimacy of the entire organization. Recently purchased a MacBook Pro. The kicker is the description given for each item they post for sell. “100”% refurbished, cleaned and repaired by professionals” Was sent the wrong model, I was sent a model that was coming apart, swollen dead battery, inside upon pulling the battery were remnants of cockroach poop in the disk drive. I contacted tekreplay mainly because it wasn’t what I paid for. They say ‘were out the model you purchased’….day later advertising on Ebay was tekreplay and the model I actually paid for but even cheaper. I asked for at least 40-50 bucks back and make it store credit, I would spend it with tekreplay. No, they won’t honor anything Id almost bet the their webpage is super fake or very old.

I bought a laptop through Walmart, via TekReplay. It worked about 3 weeks. Contacted them before the warranty expired. They sent " instructions ". That only delayed my efforts for service until the warranty expired. The "instructions " never fixed the issues. Walmart should stop doing business with this supplier. Walmart's connection with TekReplay states "Certified "...and TekReplay's flier states "100% customer satisfaction ". I wasted about $350 to find out....I was minus -100% dissatisfied!

I recently bought a Mac book air, hoping it would work as intended but little did I know it came with problems not mentioned in the description, the laptop came in what was a cardboard packaging with no picking accessories risking damage if the product, my computer dies quickly for its appearance and is so slow it won’t even load Disney plus on SAFARI not to mention it’s updated to its latest os which is disappointing considering the way they describe their products. I have reached back to Tekreplay but all I keep getting is replies from an automated computer/bot. Overall I’m extremely disappointed by this experience and I don’t think I’ll be purchasing from this website or brand again.

Order a mini tablet only because this was listed on Walmart page. The box came with a charger and no mini iPad contacted the company they will only respond via email and they keep saying contact your home owners insurance DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased a MacBook from them as a Christmas present for my daughter and when I turned it on it said the battery needed to be replaced. I contacted them and they told me to ship it back and they would look at it and that I would have it back in about a month, AFTER CHRISTMAS. I asked if they could just send me a battery and I would install it myself and they declined. I know it’s a refurbished product and buyer beware but I didn’t think they would sell me something with a dead battery and then make it a big hassle to resolve the issue. They’re a business not an individual seller and that’s why I went to them, so this kind of thing wouldn’t happen

TekReplay is a Total Scam. They sell defective electronics and refuse to reimburse you for your expenses. I bought a reconditioned Iphone 8 Plus which they advertised on the scam website Back Market. After I got it I paid $35 to activate it. No sound, failed calls, a total piece of junk. I had to pay another $35 to have my old phone reactivated. TekReplay refused to reimburse me for $70 I spend on activation fees. If they had sold me a working phone I wouldn't expect anything but it was their responsibility to provide a working phone. I appealed to them and to Back Market and neither of them would repay me the $70 so I have my old phone and I'm out $70. From now on, I only buy from Amazon. TekReplay and Back Market screwed me over.

Not happy with the labtop that I had burt itdoesnt stay change and it was used and the page that I'm in doesnt go up and down 300.00 it should had been under 100.00 for the labtop

Bought an Ipad 5th gen from Tekreplay. It was defective right from the start but we did not know it as it was a power charging problem and we did not notice it until we tried to put it into service. At first we tried to have it fixed by a local Apple repair shop. We originally thought it was just a bad battery or maybe just a bad charging port. But the shop called me back a couple days into the process and said it was a bad main chip. I can't see how Texreplay did not know this when they sold it to me. It is literally unfixable. All we wanted was an exchange. But we were just past their 60 day rule. Trying to get ahold of a person to speak with took three days of waiting, but no dice anyways because they don't really care.

I ordered to iPhone 6S for Christmas neither one of them work very disappointed do not order from this company!!

I ordered a MacBook Air from Walmart as scratch and dent, I didn't realize it was dent and destroyed!! I must have gotten the laptop Barbara Morton returned! The charging port doesn't work, the USB port next to the charging port doesn't work, the Mouse pad takes a extreme poke to get it to work. the corners are bent so bad the screen doesn't even close all the way. I should have bought the one that was on amazon. thats Not saying its buyers remorse its saying I got a box of shit that doesn't even function properly. I can live with a few dents and scratches but I need the thing to work.

I ordered a mac book air for my daughter off the walmart site, Well im thinking all will be just fine because its through Walmart, boy was I wrong!! When we received this mac book its damages are unreal! dents by the web cam. all four corners are dented in. The charger does not work, and the fan runs none stop,,, No manual came with it and also there was dirt inside the charge ports! My goodness. well you can guess that my daughter is very disappointed being as this was supposed to be a christmas. Ive been trying to reach tekreplay and the only advise given was purchase another from them, SO SPEND ANOTHER $500,00 AND TAKE ANOTHER CHANCE AND SEE WHAT WE GET NEXT AND NEVER MIND ABOUT THE MONEY WE JUST BLEW. Please will someone help us??????
