Well I can't seem to get in contact with customer service. WTF ! They sent me the wrong size phone case.
purchased a case for Moto G7 telephone a few months ago...while running along the road, phone hit the pavement...the curved piece on one side of the clip base which the phone slides into had broken off and later when disassembling and washing things, a corner piece and a third tab had broken off... the phone had dropped a couple of times off the belt (waist clip came unhooked).. durability may not be so good... otherwise the case was good but will need to get another.
Trash seller
I returned a phone case for a Samsung A50 on Nov. 1, 2019 at Walmart. I was given a shipping label from Fedex and it was sent to Tekcoo. Tekcoo sent a message that my refund was being processed on Nov. 14, 2019, I have not received a credit for the item as of Dec, 9, 2019. I have text them twice with no results or response. I will not order from them again. Bad customer service. I would give them o stars but 1 is as low as I can go.
I need a telephone number to call to return a cell phone case. Thank you in advance
